I ordered a pair is sneakers via the **** app. The shoes were mailed via Swyft who is owned by Easypost. The driver took a picture of the box being delivered at the address and then took the delivery! I provided video footage which was admittedly grainy but looking closely you can see the boxes being taken by the driver. He actually took that box and another that was also on the steps! Swyft/ Easypost has a series of complaints online and they are refusing to refund my money.Business response

Dear Customer, Sorry to hear you have an issue. Easypost is a shipping facilitator by providing software and connecting the merchant and shipping service provider and doesnt own any other transportation service providers. If you have issues with your shipment not delivered please work directly with Goat or claim from insurance (if you purchased) or work with your credit card company about it.

Easy post insurance is such a fraudulent company that is only in business of collecting money and when it comes to paying they will come up with an absurd reason to avoid doing so.I made the mistake of purchasing insurance on ******* and carrier was Easy Post.Couple customers claimed they did not receive the order and ******* took customers word for everything and was quick to reimburse them. I had to file a claim with Easy Post to recoup for the loss and Easy post denied the claim and wants a police report.This is unheard of. Do you think a customer will file a police report after they received their money back?They do everything to avoid paying,This is illegal and such illegal insurance practices should be investigated.They can't continue to call themselves an insurance provider and collect money and fail to pay.Business response

What is the entire point of insurance
You can't make ridiculous request such as police report. This is completely absurd.
Show me your terms that states that police report is necessary foe claims
Show me a proof that **** delivered the package to correct address via gps tracking.

I paid to buy a shipping label from their website which showed 7 dollars on Aug 27th, and I entered my credit card for it. But, they skipped my authorization to charge me 100 dollars to add the 100$ fund to my account and then charged 7$ from this 100$. That was a totally fraud transaction that I didn't authorize, and on the website it never said that 100$. I contacted my credit card to dispute the transaction but the merchant said no mistake, in fact I NEVER agreed to add 100$ fund on it. I kept contacting them but they didn't give me any response.Business response

Under our terms of service we are issuing a refund to you based on this request as it is sitting in balance and you will see refund in next few days. However please note per our terms of service upon creating an account you agree to set a recharge threshold and recharge your account for future use. Unless you change the threshold when creating your account or later normally the balance is maintained and recharge happens at $100 at a time. My associated checking account was manually debited for over $1800 with only a description of Rating ov not explanation or details. Whatever this charge is for it seems very suspect that it is fraudulent. The company is only reachable via their ticketing system. I did not authorize or agree to such a charge.Initial Complaint

On 12/10/2021, when I was purchasing a $4.50 worth of shipping label on the EasyPost website, My EasyPost account has automatically added balance for the amount of $100.00 without my consent. After I disputed the charges of $95.50 to my credit card bank **************** on 12/13/2021, the amount of $95.50 balance of my EasyPost account was taken out by EasyPost on 12/14/2021. While I had the conversation with the EasyPost customer support specialist ****************** in December 2021, at first I was told to cancel the dispute, so EasyPost could refund me, which I did call Chase to cancel the dispute on 12/13/2021, the same day I opened the dispute. After that, I was told by the EasyPost customer service specialist ***************************** that EasyPost have already accepted the dispute on 12/16/2021, thus EasyPost couldn't issue a refund as they have promised.During the time of December 2021 to January 2022, I have been contacting and writing to Chase to reopen the dispute. However, the ********** specialist informed me that the dispute is now closed and no credit would be given to me, as when I first closed the dispute on 12/13/2021, the amount of $95.50 was returned to EasyPosts bank account, and there is nothing Chase could help with.My EasyPost account is *******************Business response

Dear Customer,We received your dispute request on 12/14/21. After reviewing you support ticket we accepted your dispute and refunded the charge. We confirmed the funds were refunded with our payment processor. Please see the below note from our payment processor regarding this matter:"Looking at the charge it seems it was dispute on the 14th of December. When a customer disputes a charge their bank will immediately withdraw the funds from Stripe and send it back to the customer. So through the dispute process the customer should already have been refunded. But if they are saying they never received the funds they need to get in contact with the bank. They can provide the bank with this auth code 03539D. The bank can use that to trace the funds but as I mentioned they should have received the refund through the dispute process and it actually left your account on the 14th of December"
