On May 4 I placed an order with Arena Strength for Body Bands, Booty Bands, and exercise cards, (order number ******). I received the product on May 9 and started using it right away. Two of the bands started to fail after using them for less than three weeks. At first, I contacted the company to replace the bands, but then I changed my mind and asked for a refund. Their website says that they have a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee, and my request for a refund was well within the 30 days. They asked me to send pictures of the product, which I did. After asking for a refund, I was informed that they could not honor that request because the bands had been used, and per their policy, they can't accept returns on anything that is unsellable. But that is not mentioned on their website, so the website is misleading. On the Warranty and Returns Policy page, it does say that the product must be in "original condition" and "perfect condition" with original packaging. Does "original condition" and "perfect condition" mean unused? If so, that's news to me! Besides that, how was I supposed to know whether or not the product would work for me if I didn't open the package and try it? If I try it and change my mind, I should be able to receive a refund since they claim to have a risk-free money back guarantee. Isn't that what "risk-free" means? In my opinion, their guarantee is not risk-free, and the website should reflect that. They did however replace the bands that were defective, but I won't be using the bands, because I will be able to work out at my new place of employment. I still want a refund. The 30 days are past, but they should be held to account for what I believe are false and misleading statements on their website. Thank you

I placed an order via an email. I never received a confirmation email and a few hours later received an email stating that there is still time to complete the order. I never received a confirmation email for that order either. I called my bank and my account was charged twice. I need to wait a few days to dispute the order with my bank, otherwise the bank is going to charge me $35 to stop payment on order
