      I have over ****** redeemable points and there platform does not issue the gift cards. It doesnt matter when you login Thursday when the new cards are issued. You redeem your points then it processes it and comes back stating all gift cards have been issued. Ive reached out several times to the company with zero solution.

      My boyfriend ordered me a present that arrived on 12/8. This was a Christmas present so I did not open it until 12/28. Soon after traveling back home I tried to use said headset and it did not work. To further investigate we tried to use both his personal laptop and desktop and to no resolve the items microphone was defective. This headset came without an adapter which for most laptops it would need so before reaching out to Drop we ordered this adapter to connect the audio and microphone cables to try on all three devices. Again, the headset did not work so we emailed Drop. After emailing them on 1/11 they informed my boyfriend on 1/11 that we would not be eligible for a refund because it was out of their 30 day return period and that was all they could do for us. It wasnt until we further questioned them on 1/13 about the 2 year warranty the product had that they offered a replacement on 1/15. At this point we considered the replacement, but continued to question to company. We asked on 1/16 if we received another defective headset would we be eligible for a refund then and the support agent said no. After seeing how this company handles sending out a defective unit and not trying to resolve the situation at all before we had to keep inquiring we decided we wanted to take our business elsewhere. We did not as of now try and get a replacement fearing the same situation would occur again. We have no problem returning the initial defective headset back, and just want a return to move on from this transaction. This gift has turned into a 2 month nightmare and shows the true colors of Drops product quality and customer service. The fact that I the receiver of the present have to file this complaint for a gift for myself is rather insane considering it could have been handled internally. If you do search the reviews for the product you will see we arent the only ones who experienced this defect too.

      I cannot believe what a scam this app is. I have been logging in every week at 11:59am CST, ready on the Home Screen for the drop. I then wait, and select the gift card, and I either have the app crash, or at 12:04 I am told I just missed the drop. There are no gift cards. There is no way theyre selling out within 10 seconds of selection, and there was never any intent to offer them. This app deceives consumers in violation of the ********** unfair practices act, section ***** and continuing of the **** It only serves to steal and track data, for nothing in return. I believe all existing consumers should be given a gift card for their amount of points immediately, or otherwise a financial settlement.

      I've been using 2years.I had balance almost $900 value and I try every Thurs at 12 pm to redeem. As soon as I redeem, app froze and after 3 mins, everything sold out. I tried every Thurs 5mins prior 12 pm, never worked. it is totally scam. They get the money from the merchant through my information, they never give back the money to me? It is criminal. Totally unacceptable.

      I have been a user of ********************** since 2018. This app used to be so good. Recently, they changed the rule of redeeming for gift cards. I have tried for multiple times to redeem gift cards but they were "sold out" after one second, making my remaining ***** points totally useless. Very dishonest business. Please provide remedy for your customers.

      I have been a user of the ******************** app for many years. I have ******* points (equivalent to $391) and Im not able to redeem them. Drop has now only opened up a small amount of $25 gift cards once a week and when you try to redeem one it says they are sold out EVERY WEEK. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down if they cant deliver.

      Drop is linked to my credit card account and bank account. They are currently not allowing you to redeem points stating that gift cards are consistently sold out. This was not the user agreement that I signed up with. It is a change that has occurred over the last six months. I have contacted customer support and ** told that there is nothing they can do about it. I have earned points to redeem a gift card and I would like to collect it.

      This app gives loyalty points by tracking my shopping. I gave them the privilege of my credit card numbers and I have over $40 in points. They only allow you to redeem for gift cards once a week at 1 PM on Thursdays and then every time you try to do it, they give you an error message and dont let you redeem. This has been going on for months. It is a complete scam. I was redeeming at 1 PM on the dot watching the countdown clock and until then and then it gives you an error and says all gift cards sold out. I want to redeem these useless points that I got by fulfilling my part of the agreement by Shopping and letting them track it.

      I use a phone app called Drop to earn money based on purchases I make through businesses on their app. I have, at present, more than $200 in earnings to cash out that the app will not allow me to receive.The app allows users to collect their earnings once a week on Thursdays at 1:00 pm ET. Users overwhelm the app to collect a severely limited number of $25 gift cards but the app is constantly frozen and in nine months of trying weekly, I have not been able to collect $25 of my earnings. Drop used to allow users to collect any time but its decision to limit payouts seems to be an attempt not to follow through on its terms by making it difficult if not impossible for users to collect. I have contacted Drop three times via email to request my payout but been ignored. I am seeking the entirety of funds in my account paid out to me and then the closing of my account. I have $215 in my account that I will accept in any form of the gift cards that they offer: ******** target, Amazon.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is not a resolution to the matter being protested. I cannot cash out $215 in earnings because the companys app goes down every week when users may cash out. I am requesting my earnings be paid out because the company has the app on a poor server intentionally to avoid paying out users because the website crashes and the one minute available to cash out is impossible to accommodate any of my attempts weekly over the past nine months.
