    - Date of Transaction: September 20, 2021 - Amount: $34.32 - I purchased a Vinyl Record from the online store - URL: ***************************************** They have not done anything to resolve my issue and have actively ignored my attempts to reach out.- In August 2022, the support team reached out because they were preparing my order for shipment and wanted to verify my address was the same. I told them it actually had changed since I moved apartments and provided them with my new address and apartment number. They confirmed this in another email and said they updated this in my shipping details. It has now been 4 months and I just received a notification that they shipped my order to the old address that they confirmed they changed. I will now have no way to receive this package.I have also tried reaching out to their support team multiple times to receive an update and at one point I was considering canceling and ordering from another store. The original support email bounced and said it was no longer in service. I found the new email on their store site and emailed it a few times. Each time I did receive an automatic "Your email has been received" response but I have never had a representative reach out after that automatic response to address my problems or concerns.I am now out $35 and who knows where my package is. I purchased a protection plan for my package but I have no way to claim it since their team is completely unresponsive and abandoning email addresses without notifying customers. Not sure what to do next except possibly file a claim with my bank.- I have a friend who had ordered the same vinyl and the same issue happened. He reached out to support to cancel the order entirely months ago and they never responded and now they shipped it to an old address of his that he does not have access to anymore.
