      Design package ordered April 29, 2022 for $434.25.Since the company went under Pencil, LLC I did fill out the refund form. The refund form is difficult to fill our for a refund. I have also written to them 2 or 3 times and someone replies for me to contact:Pencil (assignment for the benefit of creditors), LLC P.O. Box ****** *******, ******* ***** ************* *************** Facsimile I cannot get any reply nor a refund.

      Hello,

        I was able to look up the Modsy owners on LinkedIn and I left a message asking for my refund.
      That very day, I had a response and I have received a full refund.

      We were customers of modsy, we paid them for several services. The service was terrible, the designer they would assign ** kept changing (they changed designers about 5-6 times, requiring us to start over each time). We eventually got fed up and asked for a refund. After months of waiting, they send us a vague email advising us to respond back with a refund request. We responded and never heard back.We want a refund! Order #*************

      Hi have been trying to contact Modsy for a very long time with no lucky. The company owes me money for furniture i paid for but have yet to receive and they also owe my for services that were paid fir but never received. I no longer know what to do in order to receive a dull refund of my money.

      Am still awaiting a refund for services not rendered. see the receipts for the renovation packages I purchased in which the designed failed to complete the projects. I had filled out the proof of claims with Pencil and Pixel as was directed to do so without any update on the status of my claim. I had been promised a refund from customer service 2 weeks prior to them quietly shutting down and haven't received it to this day.

      Modsy hadn't completed their service for my renovation package and I was told via customer service on the phone that I would be receiving a full refund, yet have not and its been over a year. I also filled a proof of claim online form/submission with pencil and Pixel without resolution or hearing from anyone on the status/progress of my claim. Back in 2022 I had filed a complaint with the BBB.

      I purchased 2 sofas on 6/15/2022 from Crate and Barrel that was processed through Modsy. I paid Modsy to complete this transaction. There were delays and shipping issues with Crate and Barrel so they issued a shipping refund of $968.60 on 1/9/2023 back to Modsy; who was supposed to issue me the refund. Now, that Modsy has ceased and desist, Pencil and Pixel, the company that has taken over, won't issue me a refund without having to go through this long claims process. The $968.60 has already been credited back to Modsy. This is money I paid Modsy. The company did not lose any money processing this transaction. It's not my fault that the company failed, and now I'm having to deal with the fallout of this.

      On June 19, 2022 I purchased about $10k worth of products thro it h Modsy. One of them was a bed from Wayfair of $1268, which had to be canceled as ******* could fulfill the order. Wayfair refunded modsy but its now Feb 2023 and I have yet to get a refund or be able to get into contact with anyone at Modsy. Ive been trying for half a year and still NOTHING! Ive filled out a claim from Pencil and still nothing. What can I do to get a refund? Thats a lot of money lost!

      Modsy went bankrupt and did not deliver services leaving me $974.25 down with nothing to show. I filed the paperwork the company asked for through pencil and pixel and have heard nothing since July 2022. There is no contact information for this. Please help me m

      I paid for a 3 room design and part of the lure was to be able to select all the items in the room and purchase but the company went out of service

      I purchased items from Modsy in June 2022. I contacted the company about returning some of the items and was advised to donate the items in lieu of returning to the company. I also retuned some of the items to them.I recieved an email on June 27th from customer support, ***********************************, that she had initiated the refund. I am yet to receive refund in spite of numerous emails sent to Modsy.I would appreciated an assistance that can be provided.
