      Paid for interior decorating packages for three rooms. This includes unlimited edits and an assigned designer to the project. Two room projects are in progress and one was initiated very poorly. A message was sent stating that all design services have been abruptly stopped. No further communication from Modsy.

      I purchased a design plan in March 2021. I was very happy with the design plan. I purchased several pieces of furniture starting in March 2021 from the design plan. I paid for this furniture in full. Initially, the furniture was supposed to be delivered in Aug. 2021. Multiple times I inquired about when this furniture would be delivered. Multiple emails later I was given excuse after excuse. A delivery date was finally set up and I was called the day before and my delivery was cancelled. I continued to follow-up via email. At the same time, I had a piece of furniture that was sent to me with a defect. Modsy agreed to refund me as soon as they could pickup the order. I asked them to pick up the table when they delivered my other furniture. As of today I still have no date set up for delivery of my one piece of furniture ordered in March or pickup of defective furniture so they could give me my refund. I have called and emailed multiple times. I spoke to a customer lead who assured me she would pass the info on so a resolution could take place. Still no word on any delivery or pickup. I have over ***** dollars tied up with Modsy at the current time. It has been by far my worst experience with customer service.

      I placed an order with Modsy for furniture from West Elm. The furniture has not been delivered and they are not working towards a resolution. The purchase was for over $6,000 in furniture. West Elm is unable to locate the order. Modsy does not accept phone calls. I need a full refund of this money immediately. *********************

      I placed an order of over $6,000 with Modsy on May 31 2021. To date they have not provided me with truthful information regarding the order. They have refused to give me the West Elm order number. My hands are tied and I am out $6,000. They do not accept phone calls - only emails with regards to locating the order. Each response is invalid. The last email response I received was on October 30. It indicated my order would be delivered by October 22. It is unfathomable the level of deceit I have experienced with this company. *********************

      On 10/25/2021, I placed an order with Modsy (************* order number) for four furniture items for a total of $1998.42, which included a shipping charge of $194.63. That charge processed immediately on my AMEX account. On 10/26/2021, was contacted by Modsy rep stating they needed to charge my card an additional $154 for extra shipping because they searched and found that according to the vendor they should charge me more. Not only is this the most deceptive thing Ive come across, its a classic bait and tactic. It is not the consumers problem, nor should they be responsible for any charges AFTER the transaction is completed. I am requesting as the consumer that Modsy fulfill the order as I paid for it or cancel the order in full. I will also be contacting AMEX regarding their horrible business practices. As another customer pointed out, this was not a site glitch or anything else just false advertising and modern bait and switch tactics.

      On 9/3 I placed an order with Modsy (************* order number) for two chairs and was charged a total of $713.15 which included a shipping charge of $58.37. That charge processed immediately with my bank account. On 9/4 I was contacted by Modsy rep stating they needed to charge my card an additional $150 for extra shipping because they searched and found they should charge me more. Not only is this the single most bizarre interaction Ive had with a company post purchase but semi ridiculous. I am requesting as the consumer that Modsy fulfill the order as I paid for and not attempt to interfere with it any further. Not only is this not my fault, but I even contacted Modsy prior to my purchase to make sure it was correct. They offered me $40 off which I feel I should be credited and the order be finished as charged and agreed to. This was not a site glitch or anything else just false advertising and modern bait and switch tactics.
