    8/5 purchased 3 collars Once received 8/20 1 was already open, and 1 was wrong. They claim to be in the ** but it appears they are not. I requested 2 new collars that are not open and the correct colors. They keeps giving me the run around. At this point I just want a refund of the *****. They can have the collars back.

    Ordered from the company back in July. The items arrived and did not meet my expectations. I reached out to the company via the customer support pathway provided. They did not respond for over a week. Once they responded they advised they needed pictures and proof the items did not fit me. I sent the pictures and they then advised I had to have it resolved within 7 days of the date I received the items, even though it took that long to get a response. I believe they deliberately ignore customers and require tedious processes to avoid any and all refunds. I asked for a supervisor and they told me their phone lines dont work. I asked them to include a supervisor in the email and they have since gone dark despite multiple follow **** I am not wondering if this is a scam website, but either way they clearly do anything possible to avoid sending money back to customers.

    I purchased what was described as Hearts and Berries area rug on 7/6/23. Order #pb10239503_1936; Item #CLP081008TM. I paid $106.69 for a foam pad with design stamped and soft backing. It was not an area rug, it was a blanket. I have the exact rug pictured on their website and was thrilled to have found a replacement one to go with my matching hallway runners of the same rug. I received the "rug" on 7/24/23 and sent a refund request on the same day of arrival. (#*******) They sent an email saying that they received my request and to send pictures of product and shipping label, which I did. I sent pictures of my rug and the product received. Email from company stating they were working with processing team to resolve the issue, then denied refund request. New request sent 8/1/23 complete with pictures (*******). Third request sent 8/8/23 (*******) request to sent request to her manager. I have been emailing ***********. Several more attempts to contact them, each time stressing that they falsely advertised a product. They claim that their products are "custom-made" but they are definitely mass produced as I've seen the same product on other websites. Received final rejection notice on 8/16/23. Was going to try calling, but saw the previous complaint to the BBB, saw she received a refund, that they don't answered the phone, and decided to contact you!     This company is a shell for Petvago.com. I purchased an anti barking device and when received, the box was damaged and had another label on top and looks as though it was mailed from *****. Upon inspection, the device didn't seem to be made well, after inserting the batteries, did nothing and it claims to emit an ultra sonic sound and it did not work for my dogs and we tried it with our neighbor's dog! When I emailed the company, was offered 30% refund and after several emails later, was offered 50% refund then I went to my credit card company to resolve the issue. As of today, the issue has been resolved and my full amount was credited back. BBB should be fully aware of this unscrupulous online company peddling worthless items and not offering the refund as stated in their return policy!

    I ordered a car sunshade with ********** Shepherd dogs on it from this company on June 14, 2023, at a total cost of $35.56. The order number was #plb10410433_1304. Please see the attached confirmation of the order and payment. This was a gift for a friend, so I had it shipped directly to her. When it arrived on June 30, 2023, it was the wrong item. It was a car sunshade with Siberian Huskies on it, and it had no paperwork accompanying it to let my friend know that I had ordered it or sent it as a gift. Coincidentally my friend had been receiving a few random items from Amazon in past few weeks that she didn't order. She contacted Amazon regarding the car sunshade, and they told her it was likely a brushing scam and to throw it away.I have contacted Shop Easily on numerous occasions (at least three emails and two phone calls) to inform them that they sent the wrong product and to ask that they mail the correct product to my friend, ******************************* at *************************************************************. They are unwilling to do so without my sending them a picture of the incorrect product that was shipped which we no longer have. I am hoping that with intervention from the BBB that they will ship the product that I ordered and paid for, the ********** Shepherd car sunshade, to my friend.Thank you in advance for any assistance you are able to provide regarding this matter.****,***************************

    1 of 3 items ordered online May 1 as birthday gifts never delivered to family in ********, *******. Have numerous emails with companys customer service agent, ****, but issue never resolved. After requested to speak with **** and obtain documentation package was never received, it was determined they made a shipping error and they stated theyd resend the missing item paid for on Discover credit card, $12.99 retro tin German Shepherd wall plaque. Told by **************** it would take another month to receive the retro tin. Its been another month, but still no package delivered. Sent another email to this company yesterday and received another generic thank you, looking into matter, very discouraging. Asking BBB to intervene for a resolution of delivery of product already paid for to this company. This was a birthday gift for **** This is the worst online shopping experience ever encountered. Problem should have been resolved already, out of patience with this company.

    I ordered a product from this business over three months ago, they claim they shipped the item to a wrong address. Then, they asked for additional shipping charges, but I have not not received my order or a refund. They are requesting additional shipping charges to send it to the correct address even though they already have the correct address. This company is a scam! Please be careful.

    Terribly quality quilt. Print is completely pixelated. Terrible print quality. Contacted business for return or replacement and they refuse to do anything. SCAM!!!

    ORDER #plb10408899_1607 I placed an order with this company for three pairs of pants. When the order arrived, on May 8th (which was 3 days past arrival date as is), they were not at all as described on the website. I immediately looked up their refund policy and took pictures of my items. I filled out the contact form for a refund the next day and no one has contacted me. I sent separate emails and called their phone number and left messages. All I want is my refund of $104. Please help me to get my refund and find the legitimacy of this business, because I also feel this is a scam company too. I feel that the items they post on their website does NOT match what you get. Their refund policy is ridiculous as well.
