Stitch Fix advertises delivery of clothes, and **** pick up of bag containing the clothes you do not wish to keep. I ordered stitch fix for myself and 3 children. I noticed that the bags were not being collected by the postal service and informed Stitch Fix numerous times. In fact, they refunded me immediately on more than one occasion that they charged for the entire shipment when in reality the bags had not been picked up and I had to bring them to the post office which is a nearly impossible feat for me being a full time working mother with multiple children with multiple schools and activities - another fact I explained in detail to Stitch Fix. On the 13th Stitch Fix charged me nearly $600 for the children's orders when I had already checked out and mailed back the clothes - but once again had to go to the post office after the holidays because the bags were not picked up. Stitch Fix is now telling me - despite having refunded me immediately numerous times before - that they will have to wait until the bags are received (even though they know they are in transit and provided tracking numbers for them) and I wont receive a refund for 14 days or more. This is completely unacceptable - I have important need for those funds now - Stitch Fix has refused to budge despite speaking with numerous representatives and supervisors.Initial Complaint

The cancelation process is impossible. Despite multiple emails and attempts to cancel, they continue to send clothes. The website is not helpful and they do not respond to inquiries.Initial Complaint

I don't even know where to begin. I tried to give Stitch Fix my business and bought almost everything in their winter collection, placing several orders over a month. However, I soon noticed a troubling issue: shipping labels were being created, but when I clicked the tracking link in my account, it redirected me to the shipping carrier's site where it stated "label created," but the carrier never received the package. This is when things started to go downhill. Firstly, there is no direct customer service phone number to call. Instead, I had to email customer service – which I did for a week without receiving a single response. Then, I noticed that the shipping dates for my orders were suddenly pushed a month ahead despite tracking numbers and labels already being created. To make matters worse, the tracking links were disabled, and numerous follow-up emails went unanswered. I was finally able to reach someone via chat support. Still, the responses were unhelpful, with the representative assuring me that everything would be taken care of or telling me my package had been shipped when, in fact, the carrier’s website showed that the package had never been handed to the shipping carrier. At this point, I had enough. I contacted my bank and disputed all transactions. In response, Stitch Fix revoked my account access, leaving me no way to contact anyone or track my orders. This is nothing short of theft. I’m contacting the Attorney General, the ********** ** ********, and ******** *************** (as Stitch Fix, Inc. was initially incorporated as "**** ***** ***.") to file complaints. This behavior is entirely unacceptable. They can’t just take consumers' money and leave them in the dark like this. This is a disgrace and a blatant disregard for consumer rights and laws. I know my rights, and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary.Initial Complaint

I have tried to cancel my services with stitch fix on many different occasions. I even sent them an email to customer service and they refunded a styling fee that they charged me. Then today I noticed that they're trying to bill me for $167. I have told them many times to stop their services and quit sending me packages and this continues. At this point in time I would like $167 refunded and then to not send me any more packages.Initial Complaint

I had successfully canceled my subscription with Stitch Fix, only to later discover that the company somehow accessed another email address of mine to keep my account active. Both of my email addresses are linked to the same credit card, which allowed them to continue charging me without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to cancel, I was even charged a $20 fee at one point, as if I had ordered a new shipmentdespite no such request on my part. When attempting to cancel through their desktop site, there was no clear option available. After extensive research, I found the cancellation option was only accessible through their phone app, which is not made clear to customers. From my experience, it appears that once you attempt to cancel via desktop, the company removes the cancellation feature, continuing to send items and charge your account. This is an unacceptable practice that appears deliberately designed to make it difficult for customers to cancel their subscriptions. I strongly discourage anyone from using this service. The complaints from other customers on platforms like the ********************************************* clearly indicate a pattern. Stitch Fix seems to be engaging in practices that warrant immediate investigation. The lack of a clear and accessible "Cancel Subscription" option raises serious concerns about transparency and ethical business practices. The authorities must step in, as these actions border on predatory behavior and feel like outright theft.Initial Complaint
