      I liked the service. Had it for a few months. The user experience and stylist help was great. Kept a couple of pieces. But when I decided to cancel my subscription it became difficult. The *** section has a "Cancel my subscription" option but it takes you to the scheduling page... My best guess is that you can't actually cancel your subscription you can only switch to "order on demand" which stops the subscription from automatically sending a new box. But doesn't actually cancel your subscription.

      I returned items on 2/16/24. Its now 3/10/24 and Im still waiting on a refund. Also, when you order something it takes weeks before your order is delivered. Im done with StitchFix.

      I ordered a Box from Stitch Fix, first time ever ordering from them. I never received my box, I notified Stitch Fix that I had not received the items, they indicated via their website, that they would look into the tracking of the package. Then today I receive an email that I chose 3 of the items in the box, and they charged my account in the amount of $134.54. I was unable to get the funds returned. I can not get Stitch fix to respond. I had to cancel my card, so no other charges would get charged to my account.I tried to track the order through *** and they said the order was never picked up from Stitch Fix, which leads me to believe that an employee of Stitch Fix has intercepted the item. The label was created but never pick up. Very disappointing, I would like to receive my money back, and I have cancelled my Stitch Fix subscription.

      I love stitch fix. I have never had a problem with them other than their customer service support lacks. Reading all these bad reviews makes me feel bad. I have never had a problem and when I have they have fixed it.

      After years of having an account with ******************, I decided to give the company another tried. Note: I have ordered and bought products from them previously. After a day of receiving the box, my account closed. The company gave me no reason they closed it. They could not disclose the information. If a company can not disclose why, then they have no reason to close it in the first place. Why did the company wait until I receive the box to close it? Also You cant checkout unless you have an account. There is a referral program the company has. I have never had an issue with inviting people to join and try out a box or more than one box. I invited a family member and some friends. I have heard a few times of how people get their account closed because they invited a family member to join. I thought StitchFix is for the whole family? Your roommate?

      Very discusted bought outfits for my granddaughter. They were too big asked for different size , they would not change the size . I had yo pay to send them back . Now they are saying they never got them . I have my receipt and they want yo give me store credit . Horrible customer service do ******* from them !!

      The sad part is I love the service....They recently switched their courier in my area. Since my past 4 packages have been delivered the wrong address. Despite a request they change courier, they choose not to and the courier continues to get it wrong. I have to walk around my neighborhood to find my box. I will be canceling my subscription. Ps: I have also reported the courier.

      Stitch Fix is such garbage. They get their items from ********* and just upsell EVERYTHING. Stay away.

      Stitch Fix does not have a tab to delete your account from their website. I just spent over an hour on the phone (I got the number from a site called "Pissed Consumer", not their website since it is not located there) with someone who could not tell me how to use their instructions (published elsewhere online) to cancel the account. Eventually she discovered that their email was listed several pages down on their Privacy Policy, and that I'd have to contact them through that in order to delete my account. This is a fraudulent practice--they will allow you to sign up easily, but will not allow you to cancel the account without going through extraordinary measures. NEVER SHOP STITCH FIX.

      Stitch Fix is a joke, they literally fire EE for their lack of not having the inventory to sale to make the customer happy. Their inventory is really non existent but instead of getting better up to date clothes to sale they would rather blame the employees. I have tried to go on their website several time and have NEVER found anything that I would wear. Their lack of quality and good pieces makes it impossible for a stylist to actually assist me. This is what this company should be focusing on instead of blaming your employees to sell something YOU don't have you should be putting that energy into getting better products and updating your inventory cause it sucks!!!!!
