    I called Tempo.Fit today to cancel my membership because my needs for the service changed and then Tempo fit immediately informed me that I signed an agreement with them that states that I would continue to use the service for 12 months. However, I never signed any agreement and when I asked Tempo.fit to remove my credit from file they refused and stated that they will not do so. The call center representative then assumed me of attempting to sell the equipment that I purchased. I informed them that even if I chose to sell the equipment that was my business because I paid for the equipment. Tempo.fit seems to have predatory practices and does not provide consumers with options to maintenance their own account, pause or cancel their subscription. I would like for this business to have a supervisor to reach out to me and offer an apology and cancel my subscription immediately.

    Summary of the Issue: You requested the cancellation of your membership due to changes in your needs. However, as per Tempos Terms of Service, which were agreed to at the time of purchase, your membership was subject to a 12-month commitment. We understand that this commitment was a point of frustration for you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Resolution Steps and Final Outcome: Once we received your request, we immediately reviewed the situation and escalated the matter to a supervisor. In response to your concerns, the supervisor reached out directly to explain the policy and we made the exception for you to cancel your membership, and ensured that your membership was canceled, as per your request. The cancellation was processed promptly, and your account was updated accordingly.

    We apologize for the frustration this situation caused, and we are committed to providing better support in the future.
