      The wish app and website refer you to an app assistant for customer support but it doesn't work and tells you to try again later. I've been trying for weeks. So I have no way to get my money back. I prefer after waiting so long to just have the services complete. Id like my item. But if I don't do something soon Ill lose my money. If they are doing this to everyone than they are stealing people's money by making it impossible to cancel an order. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I tried the website, to no avail. They need to list a customer support number or an alternative if the app is buggy. How could they be so naive that this app and website isn't working? I think they found it to be profitable and allow it to happen! They need to be held accountable. Thank you have a good day.

      Hi I have placed multiple orders on the platform and have received either entirely different products or not the product at all. I have yet to be refunded for these orders ( Order #: 66b30c9516b8ba0e05fa272e) and Order #: 66c06437cd9d9c92caaead59 Please resolve as I am very u happy and your support team is useless! I feel like I am just throwing away my hard earned money on wish.

      Order #: 6696e54665f9380b0145b780 was placed. Two t-shirts were ordered. Because, generally, Chinese sizes run smaller than US sizes they were ordered larger. 2X and XL vs XL and L. Unfortunately what was still received was still too small. When compared vs a REAL XL, both were significantly smaller. On top of this the material was junk. It was so thin and (because of size) stretchy that physical details (like nipples) were visible visually (not just "when cold". Tried contacting company day of receipt, and have apparently been in a loop of either an ill-trained bot, or a genuinely stupid human being. In either case the company has seen fit to try to cheat me out of my refund window by dragging their feet with their bot or moron sending an autorespnse "we see you received it ". No kidding I received it. It was also not as described and I want refund. It was NOT fulfilled as expected/ordered. I understand that quality may not be the greatest always with this merchant hub. I have been cautious but generally satisfied with most past purchases, and the vendor has previously been good when something breaks or gets lost in transit, or a counterfeit microSD card is received, or the like. Everything else in that order was received well, and positively reviewed. $23.37 (price, tax, shipping) is my damages for this order.

      I have $117.24 in wish cash from a refund of an order that was cancelled. When I attempt to purchase anything from my wish.com account, I receive an error that says: "There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit ************************************************ to resolve this."The "payment-issue" **** says that I need to upload a photo ID. I then proceed with uploading a photo ID and I receive an email that says "We got your message". However, there is no subsequent action and my account is still locked out of using this refunded wish cash. I try to contact a customer service agent and it says, "Due to issues with your account, you need to visit the payment issues **** before you can contact support."I am locked in a loop where wish will not resolve my account so that I can use money that I have already paid to wish and received no products. I would like to receive a full refund or check for the $117.24 balance.I am including images of all the attempts that I have made today to show that there is no suitable resolution from within the wish website or customer service process.

      My account has been blocked. They wanted me to send my ID witch I did. I did block out ID number for security reasons. I was informed that the system blocked my account and they can't undo it. I still haven't gotten a response back is to why and how to it get my account unblocked.

      I bought two dresses from wish.com. I tried them on when I got them they did not fit and both of their fabric is not what I expected. But the major issue they did not fit at all. One is too big and the other is too small ( both size 5xl). I contacted the costumer support and since they dont provide a phone number I had to deal with a set of questions and answers online. it took a time and time again to explain. The dresses still have their tags attached. Finally they send me an address to send them back. I sent them *** and contacted them when *** told me that the items were delivered. They still no resolved on their web costumer service. I looked up wish email and emailed them. They asked for prove that I send them I provided *** receipt and email for the delivery. And then they said I am responsible for shipment. They did not care to tell me that upfront or send I return label like a respectful company. The dresses were delivered on august first, 2024. I feel they are depending on me to forget my money for the dresses and the shipment. I am attaching conversations for both dresses on wish.com sites

      This company has refused to send me a label to return two pairs of shoes that I ordered and did not like. The boxes were damaged, and the shoes look cheaply made. The boxes nor shoes have a company name of them so they were made somewhere as knock offs. I have repeatedly tried to get them to allow me to return the shoes and they refuse stating that the shoes are what I ordered and look fine to them. This is fraud. Their policy states that you have 30 days to return an item of not satisfied. They are giving me the run around and I see they have defrauded many customers

      Complaint taken in dictation by BBB rep ** 8/5/24 I went on the website July 12th and I saw three pairs of jeans I like, I ordered them and they were $35.96, $41.79, and $30.48. First pair I order was July 7th, and the second and three pair July 4th. The first pair arrived July 19th, and the second order arrived July 26th and they both arrived in my mailbox and I bought them home and I tried them on one pair and they did not feel like bagging jeans they were tight at the bottom. So I did not try on the second pair. I still have the jeans because wish.com has been jerking me around. I have contacted them through message. I message them that the jeans were not the right ones as on the website and I want my money back.

      Ordered three jade rings on 4 July 2024. One of the rings fitted. The other two did not. I have complained many times in writing to the customer service of WISH - but all they do is repeatedly offer a 20% discount.I offer to return the rings to the vendor. They ignore this offer repeated.The amount I spent on the two huge (impossible sizes) jade rings is AUD *****.the rings are suitable as ornaments not as mends rings

      I ordered from wish they gave me a fraud tracking number they took my money but didnt send me my product I called the people that make the product and they didnt know there product was on wish
