      I dont know how they are accredited. It is a scam. They do nothing that you couldnt do for yourself and continually charge you additional fees. I never agreed to anything and was never told anything about cancellation fees over the phone when I paid. If I dont get my full refund I will take legal action. They contacted me at 3am and told me they were in ******* lol. 100% a scam. DO NOT USE.

With that being said, you were contacted via email at 3am and not a phone call. Which is standard a start of the work day at 8a.m. in ********, where our ************ expert is located. I do sincerely apologize if that email woke you up and caused disruption in your day, however our agents were eager to start your **** process. This is a growth opportunity for us as well, to pay attention to customers time zone and will not happen again.Thank you for your feedback and I can assure you, we are no scam of a company, as we would not be a successful business in this industry for this many years.       They DO NOT advertise this as a Do it yourself process. I was on the phone less then 5 min just enough time to pay99$ and get a email saying Now its do it yourself process. I immediately requested a refund which was only partially refunded 59$ instead of 99$ it also had been several weeks waiting for this refund. This morning I woke up to the pleasant surprise of being ripped off by another large company, they want to charge me 40$ to cancel based of their false advertisement. They dont help you. They want payment immediately and then youre on your own after that. Vote with your dollar and use a different company or do it yourself its not hard.

      Thank you for your feedback. While I understand that you might be upset about our cancellation fee, when placing the order, you agreed to our terms and conditions upon your purchase. Basically, you agreed to $79 or 15% of your total order value, which ever is higher, as an admin/cancelation fee. I understand, you are stating "no work" is done. It is not correct. We have an infrastructure to keep your personal and credit card data safe, we have employees who assist clients 24/7. Our associates had contact with you on 11/21 3:59pm, 4:13pm, 4:32p.m. It is not free of charge. It is the reason we have administration fee and we made this one time exception for your case and gave you 50% off administration fee, which equaled to $39.5 as we understand it is a holiday season and plans change. As with all our cancellations, if you ever change your mind and decide to use our service again, we will be happy to credit administration fee towards your next order.       First. I have never write a review before but this company have make me to the point of getting my review seen. I called to schedule an in person appointment for their passport service, they told me I have to pay to schedule an appointment with them and I paid $99 for an in person appointment and said I will be getting another call to scheduled the appointment. I waited and they call me roughly about 4-5 hours later and they said the person is busy and got with another representative and he takes care of me with the passport process. Before I agreed on the price and paid for their service and fees, I talked to the representative for OVER AN HOUR TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND and he said everything was included in the prices for 3 adult and 1 child to come up to about 1400 and ask him REPEATEDLY to clarify the invoice and he SAID EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED, so I proceed with the process and on the day we go get our appointment, I called a again and ask for CLARIFICATION, they said I have to pay an extra fee for the government totaling an extra 800 on top of ****************************************************************** then they call me back and get me a a discount for $100 per person. If I hade know that they were going to charge me with 1400 and I pay 800 more out of pocket then I would have decide to do it myself for 900 with expedited option because i was already getting all the paperwork myself anyway; I decided to NOT WORK with them and go my own way. I tell them to CANCLE MY ORDER AND REFUND, and I told them I understand that they have to charge me the cancellation fee but I was unexpected for them to charge me about $400 for cancellation and will take up to 21 days. PLEASE BECAREFUL AND MAKE SURE ANYONE ELSE CLARIFY BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM.

      Good Afternoon,Thank you for your feedback, while I sympathies with the situation you are in, I have to address that we have a ****** cancellation policy, which you are informed about, prior to placing the order on our website. In your case, you requested expedited 4 passports. 3 for children and one for first time adult applicant. Our totals do not and cannot include Government fees, because you have to submit those yourself as first time applicants. This information is listed and explained on our website very clearly. I see your request to cancel the order and prior to completing the cancellation form, you were informed again, of our cancellation policy $79 per passport. Your request was submitted November 4th and refund was processed November 5th. Because we are lenient, should you need any services in the future, we will be happy to apply $316 cancellation fee towards your new order. In the meantime I wish you have a happy holiday season and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions

      I was very pleased with the two people ( Aliaksandr "Alex" Adamovich and Sarah Sarangua) who helped me in the San Francisco office. They took care of many details for me and I would recommend them without reservation. I also spoke to several people by telephone who were based in Texas. Almost all were helpful and were able to answer my questions.

      EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY: GOT ME THE WRONG VISA I've experienced three major mistakes with them, and their poor communication has caused me significant inconvenience and extra costs: They issued me the wrong visa (L instead of Q2), shipped my passport back to me, and emailed me that the visa is complete. They never informed me of the change or asked for additional information to get the correct visa. I only found out two days before my trip, which forces me to reapply for the correct visa when I return from China and delay my next trip to China by 2-4 weeks, resulting in significant costs and inconvenience. This is the THIRD time they made a mistake on my application. The first time, they incorrectly told me that my mother-in-law's ID had expired, when it was perfectly valid, wasting time to submit the application. The second time, they misrecorded my visa request on the application form, writing a 90-day stay when I had clearly asked for 180 days. Despite calling them to fix the duration, along with other mistakes they made in the application form, they got me the wrong visa and never informed me. This kind of carelessness and lack of communication is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I expect their customer service team to contact me immediately to resolve this and offer compensation for the inconvenience and extra expenses this has caused. I hope they will take responsibility, but based on my experience so far, I'm not optimistic. I will post an update if it gets resolved.

      I can't say enough good things about the folks at Travel Visa Pro. Initially, I almost chose a more well-known visa concierge service (you know the one that starts with "C"), but the numerous negative reviews made me hesitant to trust them with something as crucial as my passports and visas for China. I'm so glad I chose Travel Visa Pro instead. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. Kysha, the representative who was assigned to me, was always available responding to my questions very quicky and was easily available by phone. She kept me informed every step of the way making sure I was completely up to date on the status of my application. When they noticed some issues with my paperwork, they didn't just process it as-is—they took the time to guide me through the application process correctly, ensuring everything was done right. And even though it was not a rush for me to have my visas processed quickly, they processed it quickly anyway. Wow! Travel Visa Pro is truly top-notch, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, especially when dealing with the complex and invasive application requirements set by the Chinese government. They made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and worry-free. Trust me, you're in excellent hands with Travel Visa Pro.

      I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Travel Visa Pro that left me feeling frustrated, misled, and ultimately scammed. From the very beginning, communication with this company was abysmal. They failed to respond promptly when a problem arose with my application, they were slow to act and provide any meaningful assistance. The problem arose on Friday late in the evening on Monday I was on the phone with MA asking why didnt this get flagged, why didnt this get escalated, why don't you have an answer on why my application is still in process? To me a service like this should be connected and able to provide facts on where your application process is no matter if it going smoothly or poorly-this is what I expected from a service like this They should come to you as soon a problem arises-with a clear and concise game plan on next steps.Furthermore, the inconsistency in the information provided by different representatives at Travel Visa Pro was a major red flag. Depending on who I spoke with, the steps that had been taken on my application and the timeline for processing it would change. This lack of cohesion and transparency made me feel like I was being taken advantage of and scammed by the company. There was a major difference when speaking to my agent and the manager. Overall, my experience with Travel Visa Pro was a complete disaster. The woeful communication, unfulfilled promises, and disorganized approach to handling applications left me feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Travel Visa Pro for passport or **** services to steer clear and find a more reputable and reliable provider. This company is not to be trusted, and I would caution others against falling victim to their deceitful practices. When traveling is a priority you will do almost anything to make your trip DO NOT USE THEM

      I am small business owner and wont let you trash my employees. I found it insulting you to call us scam when you do not have your affairs intact. We work too hard to be treated like this. You should get your affairs in order with IRS first. if you owe government , you cannot get your passport. You cannot shoot the messenger for that. Once you do, please let us know. We can get your passport in 1-2 days. You have 90 days to take care of this or all fees are forfeited. I found you attitude out of line. Thanks ****/CEO.

      I got my **** in time prior to my travel date, which is a plus.The reason why I'm giving 2 stars writing this is because they secretly charged me an extra $80 fee to expedite the process when I specifically told the representative over the phone that I did not need this. They confirmed they would not charge me. I would not have caught this had I not looked at my credit card statement a month later, and saw this extra fee from Travel Visa Pro. Surprisingly when I called them back, they said they didn't charge me, and couldn't figure out why; they told me they would have a supervisor call me back in 30 minutes. They did not, and I had to call several days later to follow up, when they told me to submit an online refund request. I did so and finally got the $80 back about a week later, but there was no explanation or follow up as to why or how my credit card was charged again when I did not authorize this. This was fraudulent at worst and gross negligence at best.

      I meede to renew my *** Passport and started looking online..after many reviews I decided to try Travel Visa Pro and WOW am I Satisfied with their service..Special THANK YOU to ******* and ***** who made this slightly stressful situation of mailing my Passport to another State very easy and assuring.
