Charged my account for services of adding credit to my credit report, even took a $1000 dollars from my account in one charge. They did not add anything they said they would do. These guys are crooks. Had to close all my accounts connected to them, no answered emails, no one picks up the phone. THIS IS A SCAM.Initial Complaint

Tomocredit is promising to report to the 3 credit bureaus every month, but is not putting anything into my credit. They are charging me $34.99 each month and there is no way to cancel your account with them. They are doing this to every customer and currently have an F rating, they are total frauds and I never got anything for the hundreds I have paid them! was debiting other bank accounts that were in my childrens name when the account was only connected to my bank account multiple times trying to contact customer service to let them know they were not authorized to withdraw from accounts that were not included when signing up finally had to contact my bank to block their attempted withdrawals and let the bank block them from withdrawing funds now harassing emails continue everydayInitial Complaint

I pay these people on November 26 they flagged my account today at 60 days past due No communication, no phone numbers sent them numerous requests. They were closed it and not reply. They put the wrong information on there. I feel they did that purposely today to try to be nasty. I dont know for what reason but I have all the receipts.Initial Complaint

I opened a line of credit with this company in the amount of $3000. I had the card around six months with no issues at all other than the entire balance on your card needed to be paid in full every Sunday. I had payment arrangements set up and all of a sudden my card got locked and I was not able to do anything with the card itself, and now my card has been sent to collections and they closed all of my accounts. Even after sending me to collections the company still has been taking money every single week from all of my accounts that are linked to this card and I have received no communication and Im unable to contact anybody via email or phone calls. This company has done this to multiple people so I am not the only one having this issue. And now all of a sudden it shows up as an active account with over a year of no payment history and missed payments, but it shows my *** credit line is $250 instead of the $3000 that I had originally had so now my credit for that specific account shows I am over ****% Over my limit. As of now I have tried to do everything I could to correct this matter other than paying off the full balance. Every time I get an email from this company it is a regular generated email no matter what question I ask I get the same response . When you try to call them it send you directly to pay off the full balance and if you do not wish to do that they hang up.Initial Complaint

This company is nothing but a fraud Im paying $79.99 for them to report a tradeline to my credit beaurus. It reported for two months then stop reporting.I tried to contact customer service they dont answer emails.I finally got a response and they were unwilling to cancel my subscription I had to go back and forth with the representative a million times they kept begging me to keep the subscription I ended up just cancelling my bank card so they would stop charging me. They have the worst customer service and only cares about collecting your money they put no option on the website for their customers to cancel because they are only interested in money:They need to be put out of business for good !!Initial Complaint

I was emailed and threatened that I would have my wages, garnished for a balance of $2977. This is currently showing on my credit report is having a zero balance owed. I went through ******************** program and this account was resolved. This company is very difficult to contact. I signed up for Tomoboost several months ago which was reported to the credit bureaus. Due to Identity theft, the social security administration changed my SSN. I contacted TomoBoost to update my SSN on my account so i dont lose any of my positive payment history. To date, TomoBoost hasn't updated my SSN, All my positive credit history from Tomoboost is not being included on any of my credit reports.I upgraded my Tomoboost membership to the $99.99/$30000.00 tradeline account last month in 11/2023. To Date, the $30000.00 tradeline has not posted to any of my credit reports either.Initial Complaint

Hi, I paid my balance up in full on NOVEMBER 25 th they are still refusing to update my credit report. I have been emailing and emailing I cant get through on the phone they dont take phone calls anymore and they will not update my credit report. I have been writing numerous emails I cannot get through. They are not taking any phone calls and this is messing up my credit score. No one is acknowledging me at all. I just need my credit report balance updated I need it cleared off. I paid everything up it still saying I have a balance of $401. *********** and Equifax you guys need to update my credit report Im trying to get a mortgage and youre messing me up. You dont care about your customers and this this is really bad that I had to come this far to get they said they resolved it. No one is communicating back with me and Im not happy with this.
