    Company didnt disclose that certain banks are not compatible with their service. Tried multiple times to cancel my account no luck. When I disputed the charges to my bank thats the only time they replied to me. After charges me $129.99 for 3 months with no service provided. They wont refund my last payment at all.

    I have already filed a complaint before and nothing has been done. They continue to harass me. Multiple calls and text every day. They continue to try to access my bank account. I have notified my bank that this company is committing Fraud. It's been a year and they still have not returned my money. I have told them that I do not want to have anything to do with them but they only ignore me. This is the second time that I'm contacting you and I want to know if you are going to do anything about this company?

    Signed up for tomoboost from tomocredit, they advertise instant credit reporting then when you sign up they have fine print stating they could take months to report product to credit bureaus. Then when I tried to cancel their product , I get a prompt stating to try again in a couple weeks. Everything about their company is misleading. They have 100s of negative reviews. They are a scam. They purposely deceive people into subscribing to their product. And then **************** hardly replies. Complete scam.

    In October 2023, I initially subscribed to ******************** believing I had agreed to an annual membership at a reasonable rate. However, a charge of $999.99 was immediately posted to my account, which I disputed. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with TomoBoost directly, the company's customer service proved unresponsive, and I could not reverse the charge through my credit card company.After reluctantly accepting the charge in 2023, I explicitly informed TomoBoost that I did not agree to any future or recurring charges. Despite this, on October 27, 2024, TomoBoost again billed me $999.99 without notice or authorization. I attempted to contact the company to address this issue but could not reach a representative, and the company does not provide accessible or effective customer support.This lack of transparency and failure to address customers' concerns demonstrates a disregard for ethical billing practices and the consumers right to consent to charges. I believe TomoBoost has unfairly charged me and possibly other customers similarly. Given these issues, I am requesting BBBs assistance in securing a refund for this charge and ensuring that ********* ceases any further unauthorized billing on my account.

    **** offers levels of credit and monitoring. I opened an account with them: the account stating it provides credit boosting and a card, providing $1,000.00 in credit. After paying for this monthly service, I reached out regarding the Tomo Card, to find out that they do NOT in fact offer credit. False advertising! Following that, I reached out via email several times to cancel the service (since their website does not have a cancelation option). They have continued to charge my card monthly, and I have yet to see a boost in credit score! This company is a scam, and I want a full refund on all monthly charges.

    I've tried to cancel my account with this company and they won't cancel and the steady charging my card $69.99 for service I'm not using. Theirs no way to contact them and when you email them they don't respond.

    When this company was new they said theyd help get my credit on track. When I went in to try it, it didnt accept my bank account because its a small bank. Therefore the company could not help me. I contacted them and they keep giving me the run around by saying are you sure you want to cancel. Theyve been charging me $8.99 a month ever since. In August they responded with more emails making me reply with yes Im sure I want to cancel. But lo and behold Im still being charged. I want this company to reimburse me for their lack of customer service and the fact that the app didnt work for me at all.

    I signed up for ********* and instantly regretted it. The sign-up was in July, and I emailed them immediately to cancel. However, it has been three months, and they have yet to cancel my account and stop charging me. I have been charged for the months of August, September, and October.

    I paid tomocredit $699.93 for their credit reporting services, they continually failed to perform the services we paid for even after multiple attempting to get them to do so. They Took my money and gave me nothing in return other than poor customer service. I've been trying to get them to refund me for the money that was taken from me, but they say they don't offer refunds. Taking my money and not providing services is theft, but id like to get my money refunded to remedy the situation. my most recent interaction was with someone names **** ******, wo said they dont offer refunds.

    There is no direct line, no one has responded to emails Ive sent when opening. I have requested the funds they continuously charge. I would like my money back and this ACCOUNT or whatever it is CLOSED
