      The salesperson ***** who refers to herself as a consultant, is a liar. I actually find it hilarious that they gave me zero ***************** and all she did was push hard to close me. She knew pretty much nothing about real estate or leasing for that matter. So I ended up signing the agreement anyway since it was suppose to be guaranteed rent and almost everything she said was a lie. They dragged the process for months, she said itll be rented within *************************************** to fix was so stupid, it was obvious they were dragging the process so they dont have to pay the guarantee rent for as long as possible. Sick to my stomach thinking about how many months they wasted. LIARS, no local team, inspection was done by another moron, what a waste of my time and money.

      MONEY HUNGRY VULTURES HERE!!!!They actively violate the Fair housing act with their discriminatory practices! Told me an apartment was unavailable and that they had went with a different applicant. However I noticed that they never took the post down and it is very much still available, just not to me. I had a friend inquiry about it and they quickly set them up with a date to view the unit. Yet, I have not received a reply back after asking to apply for a different unit. They just simply dont want to rent to me. I will be contacting the civil rights department regarding this matter. Highly discourage anyone from using their services!

      I have had a rental agreement with Doorstead since mid-July to move into one of the properties they manage, and have been living in the property since early August. In this very short period of time, I have sent here are the issues that have emerged with little resolution:-The keys and spares issued contained incorrect keys that the company is, so far, leaving to me to get corrected. I have no access to open the garbage container or access the main doors with keys.-The body of the fridge does not work, cost $60 in spoiled food without any agreement of recompensation. Furthermore, it took over a week to get someone to look at the fridge, and will be at least 5 more days to get fixed, meaning I cannot store many items here, costing me more to buy food every day.-The circuit breaker pops easily and the company did not know where it is.-The company has to check with the landlord/owner for *anything* so they are an intermediary that has a lot of power that I cannot do anything about, rather than just talking with the owner myself.-There are numerous cosmetic issues throughout the building that makes it look terrible -There are undocumented damages that continue to pop up, despite Doorstead insisting they did a walkthrough.-They offer patronizing, insulting replies, such as implying that I don't know how to operate keys, instead of immediate results I am stuck with them for a year and I am terrified about what living here will be like. Their repair vendors have inconvenient hours, and my workload is booked out 6 weeks in advance; rescheduling negatively impacts my clients (I'm a mental healthcare provider).

It does appear that the repairs were made to your refrigerator on 8/17/2022. The maintenance team is working on procuring the extra keys from the owner. We are always looking for ways to improve our services to both the owner of the property, for whom we act as agent and subject to delegated authority, and tenants.

      On Dec7 2021 I I was trying to rent a townhouse at 102 diamond cove in ************* went there and view the town house ****** is one of employee from Doorstead whos showing me the tour Im with my 2 year old son and my wife so after viewing the townhouse we like it I ask ****** can I apply to rent this property ****** told me to apply online and mention it to ****** that I have section housing voucher ****** told me that they do accept sec 8 after the viewing I and my wife and my son went home applied online theres an appplication fee of $30 after I applied received an email from ******* that my application was denied I think because of my sec 8 or something else I was fully qualified no record of eviction all of my life good record from landlord after they denied my application to rent the townhouse 40 minutes later I received an application again and they wanted me to pay another appplication fee wow I was thinking this is a scam company after denied my application they wanted me to apply again and again I have all the proof and evidence on my cell phone all I want is just to rent the place because I dont wanna become homeless soon I have 2 year old son thank you
