      Hello, my name is *************************, I live at a **** Stewart Apartment complex with HUD, at ********************************************, my complaint is in regards to them not following up to the standard they old us at, for the last 7 years that I have been living here, all 13 units related to 607 have not had the breaker or wattages upgraded, to fix an issue with us not having AC, they did give new AC units, but they have not listened when we said those were not the issue, we go hours with no AC or power in our apartment in weather that is 114 degrees, this is not okay, it is humain, then they tell us we have to use little to no power for it to work, my husband is asthmatic as well as my older child, my husband has a heart monitor at home that needs to be on at all times, I myself have severe allergies to the heat and pollin, I have anxiety and PTSD, I'm Phyco Symetic, so this is causing me issues as well, not considering all the other units that *** have medical needs too, they knew of these issues and have not taken any steps to fix it. Among other things that property management and works have not done to fix. Is their anyway you could contact me if needed, thank you. I would really like this issue settled, since me and other units still pay the rent with no help in this issue.

      I am solely reaching out for advise and/or recommendation. I am a tenant who resides at one of John ******* properties and I've had several issues with communication, follow up, and negligence from the property management team, regional and director. The issues are as followed: -Between March 15-March26 I was placed in a hotel for work that they were going to do to my unit. Upon arrival I noticed the horrible job they did and immediately emailed property management with pictures and I have yet to hear back from them. Email was sent March 26, a follow up email was sent March 28, 2022 to the regional manager. - On We, Dec 8, 2021 I emailed the property manager to request a work order due to some my sink not draining properly. I copied the regional manager at that time, because in my past experience I did not received a follow up email or the work orders were not addressed. The property manager responded and copied the new regional manager that took over our property, which I received push back. - Property management lost copies of my son's birth certificate and social security card. - A former grievance was filed to the Director on Oct 4, 2021 regarding the poor communication, poor maintenance, and abuse by the property manager who was managing during the time. The director scheduled a meeting where she allowed several tenants the opportunity to discuss the grievance filed, and to allow us to express additional concerns/issues, so that they could investigate and address according. After our meeting we were made to feel as thought they were going to address with the property manager. I am not sure if this was discussed with the property manager as some of her behavior continued. The company, instead, rewarded (our perception) the property manager by promoting her. This, to us, seems like our issues were not taken serious.

      I moved to ***************** 1 in *********** managed by The John Stewart Company on around 12/29/2019 to the Present. At the beginning it was so quiet and peaceful living on this building. But around 1 year it started to get loud, busy with lots of foot traffic coming in and out at all times day and night. Even though I have been having hearing issues that did not annoyed me. In April 2020 I was diagnosed with Tinnitus and in April 2021 I was diagnosed with Hyperacusis.A copy of such diagnosis was given to my property manager but she has ignored or excuses have been given to me. I am living at ***************** 1 under Section 8 Based Program. I do not know what's the problem with the property manager but she does not want to move a finger to contact a vendor to do maintenance and repairs. Instead she threatens tenants and treats us like employees! I have been suffering so much that I have developed additional medical symptoms. I've been complaining about my apartment door frame that airs and loud repeated sounds including conversations come through day and special night all to early 3 or 4am. The John Stewart Company ******************* manager do not answer or ignore the emails or requests. When I am hearing the radio or watching tv it vibrates because there is no sound proof on the walls and hallways. The John Stewart Company property management just give me excuses that all apartment doors are like that. I need your help to get my apartment isolated or relocate myself to a quiet unit where there is not too much foot traffic.During night time, I heard non-stop conversations for hours. Also, a neighbor that throws things in and out of his apartment to the hallways almost everyday from around 10 pm to 3 or 4am. What makes it worse is that strong energy floor vibration that comes to my apartment when neighbors or visitors are walking very hard, running, screaming in the hallways. There are no house rules enforced. Those vibrations come from the 5th floor too.

      2 bedroom ***** I fested, mold in the bathroom apartment owned by **** Stewart Compnay. (for profit) Roof has a major hole which is causing water to leak in the kitchen. The kitchen light is also leaking water which is a fire hazard and against section 8 rules. This is my second time contacting management and NOTHING is being done. I pay rent and I'm sure if a major Storm hits this building will fall. I have two children in my home a 1 year old and an 11 year old. This is unacceptable. The roof outside needs to be fixed ASAP they need to call a contractor and get this work done. This hole needs to be fixed. My next step will be a lawsuit. Maintenance came put some stuff on the ceiling when. I ASK

      I moved into Phoenix Park Apartments which is managed by the John Stewart Company 6/29/2018. I moved out on 2/28/2021. I cleaned the unit and appliances as well. I requested my deposit back based on the fact the apartment was inhabitable due to the building's foundation shifting, cracks in the walls and the concrete which caused some damages to the inside of the unit. The **** inspector failed the inspection due to the unit didn't meet Housing Quality Standards and the unit was considered Hazardous. I requested my full deposit back on top of my $647.00 I had in rental credit (I overpaid my rent) and I was basically threatened to pay a remaining balance of $1,083.00 which was for repairs, carpet, paint, doors, ect which was normal wear and tear. The unit til this day is still empty, no repairs have been made. I was emailed itemized documents which are false documents for the repairs, carpet and so forth. I requested my money back in writing May 2021 and 9/2021 and no response.

      I'm ****** ****************** and in a sf navigation hotel ***** center hotel being ignored and mistreated. I just did what I was told to do to get housing and I'm being mistreated and it doesn't feel good. I shouldn't be treated differently because of my beliefs and for being my own individual self. I am on disability and I'm trying to get help with addiction issues. I'm an honest person and I have five children. I'm 41 and lost my apt because I'm on disability and couldn't afford the rent after it was raised. Ive come so far and I'm not a bad person and it's as if I'm targeted for being me. I'm no threat and have changed so much and don't commit crimes. I'm a mature man hoping to still become a counselor and run group homes but chronic homelessness has made this hard. Plz help me.Don't feel safe and they don't make me feel like they care about my safety.
