Horrible prop management *** led by *********************. Came to my house acting like the most honest person in the business. Turns out they are the worst!!! As soon as I signed the contract for them to rent, he began saying the house ( which was already in great condition) needed thousands of dollars worth of work to make it desirable for the renters. To make a long story short there wasnt 1 thing they said the money would be used for except putting a very small window in a shed my father had built in the back for storage. ********************* said it will make it like a study area with a view. More like a view of the back fence. After getting in contact with the renters and finding out the house wasnt even cleaned when they moved in and they were only given the key to the front door, I got an honest realtor to cut ties. I had personally given ************* to the front , side door( 2 locks) and the shed along with 4 garage door openers!! The renter said they only received 1 front door key!!! PMI charged me for cleaning, changing locks, appliances ( which were all brand new) , yard services, gutters and a new door on the shed, and other services. NONE WERE DONE.They even charged me for 2 garage door openers and programming and gave to the renters a week after they moved in!!!! I had an extra set of keys to ALL locks and mailed to the renters. All worked!! So what locks did they change? And charged them for using the shed space but didnt give them the keys. While saying in the contract that they had full access to it. The renters said dealing with JP was pure hell!!! He was telling them one thing while telling me the opposite. He was playing both of us. And the address ( several ) he uses are BOGUS!!! I have hired an attorney who is going to handle this!!!! I told him and his culprits from the beginning. I am big on honesty. ********************* and his associates are as phoney/faulty as Ive ever seen!!! And they knew I was in ********** thinking I wouldnt find out!!
