Waste of time. Unresponsive owners and *shudder* agencies (the 80s called and they want your attitude back). DO NOT SET UP ALERTS - You will be buried under an avalanche of irrelevant ads for properties that have no one bothering to respond to your inquiries. These owners and agencies blanket the web with ads thus making one site no different than any other. Zumper just happens to be particularly awful.Zumper

My name is ****** ***** and I went on Zumper to rent a house and it was a scam. Some people took all the money out of both my accounts got all my information, and I went to look at the place in to move in. Nobody showed up completely bogus in a scam. Im talking to my attorney today and Im gonna do everything I can to shut this company down its crazy because they guarantee safety and legit posts from people who are really scamming the company or whatever theyre doing but I got ticket for $3500.00. Dont use this company its fraudulent..Zumper

I've been trying to cancel some subscription to zumper for several months now. didn't even use the service bc it was complicated, t was worded different when i signed up . but they keep taking my money. $50USD every month. I've hit "cancel subscription" and i see it, but it still takes my month. how do I make it stop, when does it end?Zumper

I am new to Zumper,I do not usually leave reviews, but with being within the last 30 days of my current lease I paid a touring fee and I have yet to view or tour a home. The problem that I am running into is that the homes that I have scheduled to tour or already occupied, or recently got assigned lease, or the home is just not available.Zumper

I wasn't looking for an apartment, I was looking for some information that I urgently needed and was hoping that Zumper might have. They really made some effort to find it for me, and it got back to me really quick promptly for a Friday afternoon. I thank them for their efforts and if they're this good with feeling with a inquiry that does not lead to a sale, they are probably Dynamite if you're looking for housing!Zumper

What should be a professional service to support my business in order to pull tenant reports for my clients turned out to be a disaster and an incredible frustrating process. I have been utilizing this service for over five years and I have to say it keeps getting worse and worse. Several times my clients have paid for their reports to then not be able to share them with me and we have to wait 24 to 48 hours for the company to respond to an email, an email? No chat? No phone number? This is completely unacceptable. Clients often have to go to another platform and end up paying twice for the reports, Which means that I look terrible in front of my clients, my clients process turns out to be incredibly frustrating instead of seamless and stress-free, and a potential small profit that I couldve made of that report also gone with the wind. All of this.because Zumper cant get it together. My advice is to find another company like Im going to and never do business with this company again.Zumper
