The ****** $145 course includes a caviar and beef appetizer, a salad, main course consisting of duck breast and filet mignon with half a lobster, and a dessert. It is clearly stated on the menu, "Upgrade to A5 +$45." Please note that it is not $45+ but simply +$45. Nowhere does it mention that it starts at $45. When I requested the upgrade, the waiter asked me which type I preferred, but he did not mention any price difference. He only said it depended on personal preference and that the portion sizes were the same. Therefore, I ordered a Kobe A5, while my friend ordered a ********* A5. However, when it came time to pay, there was an additional charge of +$135 for one and +$95 for the other. This restaurant is engaging in consumer fraud. Their menu clearly states that upgrading to A5 wagyu beef is $45, but during checkout, they charged several hundred dollars. The restaurant staff did not inform customers about the price difference when taking orders, and there is no mention anywhere on the menu that the upgrade price starts at $45 and not simply $45. They are engaging in false advertising and deceiving consumers.
