I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the ongoing issues we have faced with your service. On 28 Dec 2024, the instructor failed to join the scheduled class at 11 AM EST. This is not an isolated incident; we have repeatedly encountered challenges in scheduling classes, which has disrupted our childs learning experience and diminished our trust in your platform.Given these recurring issues and the lack of reliability, we have decided to discontinue our subscription. I would like to formalize a complaint as I have attempted to reach the application support email and have not received a response. Order placed on November 28, 2023 Order #**************** Byjus ****** learning kit for preK - workbook bundle Amount paid:$99.99 We really enjoyed the program and what it offers educationally to our son. However, we have been unable to access the app (keeps clocking on the login) since around July of this year. For a while I thought this was user error, attempted to delete and redownload the application numerous times. Attempted updating the iPad to see if that is an issue. Still clocking on login On 10/30/24 attempted to email support from wifes email address(no phone number present for app issues). We have still not received a *********** this point it has been months since we have been able to use the product we paid for. A product that our son ********** resolve I would like to present 2 options: Option A: please have someone from the company reach out to resolve our application issues so we can use it with our son. This was our 4 year with Byjus. Year, 1 ,2 abd 3 went well. This last year we only received 40 classes out of the 100 classes we paid for. They also promise to give ****** to resign as years earlier. The service was intermittent this year. Now the course web site is down and not letting us into the course material. We want what we paid for 100 classes while only received 40 this year. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Byju's FutureSchool. My son, *** ******, was enrolled in coding classes with their platform. We fully paid CAD 1176 for 50 sessions; however, 30 sessions have not been conducted as the teachers have been on strike since June 23, 2024. Over the past three months, no sessions have been held, and despite multiple attempts to contact the support team, I have received no response.Additionally, I have observed that six of the 30 remaining sessions have been marked as expired in my son's account, despite the fact that no classes were conducted due to the strike. This is a serious breach of trust and service obligations.I am requesting a full refund for the 50 sessions, as the services we paid for were not delivered. Hi,I have purchased 80 online Math classes on August 11, 2023, and 60 online Music classes on November 7, 2023. Currently, I have 50 Math classes and 37 Music classes ************ early August, I was informed by our primary teacher that they were experiencing issues with receiving their wages, which led to the cancellation of my classes. To meet the minimum class requirements each month and prevent my credits from expiring, I had to submit requests for classes time by time which caused a lot of troubles for my daily life. However, since last week, I have been facing significant difficulties in finding a teacher to conduct the classes. I bought a package of online coding classes from ****************** based in *****. but they had offices in the ** as mentioned in their website too.I had to cancel the classes due to poor service. They cancelled the classes but would not refund the money. They just don't respond to the emails, the salesperson in ***** doesn't answer any text messages, The phone numbers given on website don't seem to work. I have been sending emails since May 2024 after cancelling the classes.
