              Strategic system for transportation especially for someone like me who has *********** disease. Efficient and affordable. Less cumbersome than ************* Perfect for me at age 77.

              Our driver **** , was an outstanding young man. It was refreshing to see a young man being so attentive to our needs and so respectful to us. I felt completely safe in his vehicle. we had a fairly long drive but it was a pleasurable trip. He brighted up our day. Quan is a model employee!

              The young lady who spoke to me from GoGo Grandparent on the phone, ******, was very informative and patient when I was editing my profile and needed to change my password. She told me just what to do, and was polite and cheerful waiting for me to follow her directions. She answered several of my other questions as I was new to the program. Five stars for ******! A couple of other agents I talked to were also nice in helping me get set up but I don't have their names.

              The person answering the phone I think is ***. She does an excellent job setting up a driver, making sure the information is correct, and the passenger understands. Drivers have been great. No complaints. I do like that they have the usual destinations that a person goes to in a computer. Service is punctual. I do not have to fool with the poor Uber and Lyft sign-up phone systems to schedule a ride. Please no automated sign-*** or automated chats.

              Beyond disgusted with the customer service of this company. Got my dad set up with a ride. He was waiting for **************************************************************************** 5 minutes. My dad is 81 years old. No one showed up. I called this company and they told me his ride had been canceled because they were looking for a smaller vehicle, but failed to call my dad or myself. I deactivated my account and still haven't received a refund for my subscription. It's been nearly a month.

              This is an absolutely wonderful service that helped answer all my questions as I'm getting my parents set up with rides. They are patient and understanding and did all they could to get us set up for success for future rides. So glad I found this!
