    I first ride was excellent and I made it to my appointment actually 10 minutes ******** I was happy and I look forward to using GO GO Grandparent again even though I am not a grandparent.

    Well, hats off to my driver this morning!! ******** found my cell phone on his back seat and returned it to the business where he dropped me off this morning!! What a guy. Besides that, he was a great driver and quickly delivered me to my destination!!

    GoGoGrandparent is a welcome assistance to seniors like me!!! Now I do not have to worry about my driving skills and sharpness but I just leave it to GoGoGrandparent to take me where I want to go and it is safe and very convenient. Thank God for this great public service that will free a whole lot of seniors to be able to go where they want in ************* for their medical appointments and shopping!!!

    These people still for me $245.88. I never use **** or Lyft or anything like that I did it one time use. They told me it was $12. They took $12 out of my account. I tipped the driver $20, next thing I know off my credit card I have $245.88 taken out saying that I had seven days to cancel the membership. I didnt want a membership. I just needed a one time service please give me my money back.

    Today was my first time using this site for a car drop off and ride back home!My driver was *****,! He was WONDERFUL! THANK YOU ***** AND GO HO GRANDPARENT.. the drive was fun ...will definitely use again!

    This business engages in false advertising bc it advertises that it is cheaper than other taxi services when in fact it is more expensive bc they force you to spend $29.99 for a month's membership. If they were ethical they would only have you pay that if you wanted all the services they provided you to justify paying that fee. Taking a short, one-way taxi doesn't warrant paying a required 1-***********forward membership. On top of that it must be seen as patently wrong when they abuse your credit card, charging it double & triple what they should.
