  Thank you for reaching out so we could review your concerns. Our records show that we received an application for Paycheck Protection Program (***) loan forgiveness for account **********; however, the application form was not signed, as was requested by the DocuSign form sent to you on July 8, 2021,  and therefore, could not be submitted to the ***************************** (SBA) for *** forgiveness approval. Our records also indicated that the *** Forgiveness application also stated that no amount of the loan was being requested to be forgiven (as indicated on Line 15). 
  

  Please note that our records are for the 2nd Draw *** loan you received through Funding Circle. We do not have records for the 1st Draw *** loan your business received, as that loan was processed through another lender. 
  

  If you would like to request loan forgiveness for your 2nd Draw ***, please let us know and we will email you a new application link to reapply.

  I am rejecting this response because: This was forgiven, you kept sending out so many responses, it was very confusing! Stop confusing people and lying too! I do not want to pay this loan! I made this clear and signed everything!

  We apologize for any communications that *** have been confusing, however, we have confirmed with the *** that your 2nd Draw *** loan has not been forgiven. As previously stated, the *** Forgiveness application you submitted to us on July 8, 2021, indicated that no amount of the loan was being requested for forgiveness (see Line 15). Additionally, your *** Forgiveness application was not complete, as the DocuSign packet that was sent to on July 8, 2021, requesting your signature, was not completed.
  
  Unless a new *** Forgiveness application is completed, you will be required to repay your 2nd Draw *** loan in the amount of $6,250 plus interest as agreed to under the terms of your *** Promissory Note agreement dated March 21, 2021.
  

  If you would like to request loan forgiveness for your 2nd Draw ***, you *** request a new application by contacting us at *************************************************************.

  I had applied for a *** loan through this institution and I am in the process of trying to apply now for the *** Forgiveness but have not received a response from this company. My emails have gone unanswered and ignored for the past three weeks. I have received email reminders for the *** Forgiveness process but no link to start the process. When I have tried to email them to send me a link to start the application they get ignored. I have tried to call their number and no one seems to want to help me with my issue. I am part of a small business and cannot afford to have to pay back the loan. I am desperate to receive some kind of help on this matter. I would appreciate it if someone can at least help me find someone within the company who can help me.
