      For the record, this is not a spam or copy and paste complaint. On August 4th I created a new account. (For context) ************ has deleted several of my accounts in the past for absolutely no reason. Once again on August 18 2023. After a new tagged app update. My new account was again deleted. I again contact their customer service and once again, just like nearly every Better Business Bureau complaint against them. They keep saying the same response along with the screenshot. "Your account has been cancelled due to violations of the Terms of service." I'm sick and tired of being treated this way. My original Account that I had for 5 years was deleted for no reason and now this new account that I had only for 2 weeks, where I actually read the whole terms of service this time around and where I strictly followed it for the past 2 weeks, and yet I ended up still getting deleted. I don't do nothing illegal; I've been talking to the same people who I've known for years now, I don't ****** my diamonds or coins on the site, when I stream, I'm not cursing or showing my private parts on live stream. I literally sit in my chair on camera and that's it. I had **** coins and **** diamonds that was in my account that I didn't use yet and 96 fans that I built up again from zero and now it's gone. I'm convinced at this point, that either someone or several people I know from the app, who I don't contact or associate with anymore is constantly reporting every new account that I make. And if that is the case, there are no safeguards for people spamming the report button against you. Or this is still about the original complaint that I brought against to tagged about coins and diamonds that I did not receive from their mobile advertiser partner digital turbine. And someone from this Company who has enough power, and who I probably angered, constantly keeps deleting me. Regardless, this has just been a pattern of constant unfair termination on multiple occasions.

      I am rejecting this response because: Just like in all the other complaints, they still do not provided any information or proof of what I violated. Even with screenshots and proof that I provide. They still will never provide on their end. It's all always been case of "violated terms of service" and yet every time there is no adequate proof on their end.  Even in their response now they still don't provide what violation i caused. And that's the thing that gets to me the most. This company has repeatedly lied in all the reports that I've provided with screenshots and emails and yet they have their way. It's crazy that a company can do that to people on a whim and they're not held accountable. I really hope everyone reads this so that more light can be shed on company that can delete you for nonreason after doing nothing wrong.

      I am rejecting this response because: yes it does matter. Because no matter what. Under the pretense that I violated something, yet this garbage company will not provide on their end. So if anything. After every single proof that I can collect with valid screenshots and proof of their hypocrisy, mal practice, and corruption. Then I will not stop calling this company out of it. It's not even only me they done this to. They've done this to a lot of people as well who have been there for years, even over a decade who find themselves in the same situation where I am. They do not give any explanation on how they violated the terms of service. They give the same automatic response not only from meet me but from tagged support as provided in the screenshot earlier. And then this company has the audacity to say that they don't need to provide an explanation. Regardless of the terms of service. If one of their members was to join another app and they got deleted with no reason, they would be doing the same thing as well. Wondering why and what is the solution. So no. This whole PR garbage they keep spewing out doesn't work.

      This complaint is regarding my account that is under my phone number that I have filed this complaint under. I have had my Tagged account for several years, and suddenly while Im messaging someone my account just deletes. Before this deletion, not one time did I receive any warnings that I was in violation of any terms. Tagged actually provokes you from using certain words and uploading certain pictures, which it gives you an automatic warning message/error so Im confused how could my profile get deleted just by having a casual conversation with someone. The thing is, Tagged deleting my profile causes me to lose connections with people that follow me on live, that Ive encountered in the past and built connections with its way bigger than just creating a new profile. Im requesting a reinstatement of my account.

      I'm new to the tagged app and I created my account on ********************** one week ago. On June 30th 2023, my account was deleted for no reason. I contacted customer service and they told me they I violated the terms of service. This does not make sense, I haven't even begun to explore all the app and yet I was deleted for violating the terms of service when I didn't even do nothing. If watching ads and gifting people on stream is some how a violation of the terms of service. then that is the most ludicrous example yet. After doing my research with other reports on here concerning this company. It seems I'm not the only example as well. If new users and people who have been on the app for over 13 years can be deleted with no warning and with no justification then that says a lot about this app. I've tried to contact them again through their customer support channel with more emails and this company all of sudden is silent now when it comes to responding. I'm asking the BBB to look into this since from the other reports, this company does not like explaining at all their actions. Again I'm new to the app and I want my account back.

      On June 24 2023 I made an account on **********************. On June 29 2023. My account has been deleted by this company. Not even a week on the app and I'm already deleted. All I did was watch ads for gold coins and receive some diamonds in the inbox while talking to people on their streams. I've read the terms of service and I did not do anything to violate it. I just started to make friends on here and I can't even do something like that, let alone do live stream. I guess the rumors are true about this app. This app and company is a joke. This Company just deletes people's account at random for no rhyme or reason. And then, this company's response from the reports I've seen on here and other websites is that they will give the excuse that "This person has violated the terms of service." But, will not say how they did or what part is violated. They can take someone's account with no proof and since their customer service takes a week to even get a answer and it's usually a cookie cutter automated response.

      TAG keeps cancelling my page saying I violated turns of service when I'm doing absolutely nothing to be band for. There are ***** people reporting pages for no reason other than personal reasons. Tag never tells you what you did exactly. So basically anyone can complain and they will take your page without a reason. I was in the middle of a payout and I want my money. They have kept so many peoples money after they take their pages for unknown reasons. They already keep between 15 percent and 20 percent of your payout. They owe me $200 and I have screenshots of my payout, it was pending when they decided to take my page again. When I go live, all I do is talk to people who come in, my TAG name Is Queen of NO NEGATIVITY and I keep my lives clean and drama free.

At the time that the profile was closed on 3/31/2023, ****************** had no cash rewards pending processing, nor a sufficient Diamond balance to qualify for any additional cash rewards. There is no outstanding balance of virtual goods requiring refund or payment.

      I do not accept tagged explanation because I cashed out two days before they cancelled my account and my ****** was pending so where is my money? There was no violation and I wasn't even on live when I got my account taken away. ********************** never told me what my violation was so there is no proof of what I violated. I feel like tagged does not investigate and people can report you just by being ***** and tagged just go along with it without investigating. If they reinstate my account they will see that I had ****** pending. Tagged is taking people's pages for no reason and keeping people's money. I do not want to have to go to court for a small claim for my money against them. Please look at the screenshot where it says payment pending

      We located the cash reward request in the screenshot provided by ****************** and found that it is not associated with the email address tied to this BBB complaint, rather a related profile closed for the same potentially illegal violation.  ****************** is no longer welcome on Tagged, nor is she entitled to a cash reward payment in this scenario.

      On April 08 2023. I filed a complaint to the Better Better Business about this company about not receiving Gold and the scummy Business practices they allow on their app called "Tagged." On April 25 2023 I come to find out that my account that I had for nearly 5 years and the newest account I only had for about 3 months were deleted from the app. With out any warning, without any email, it was all gone I contacted their customer service in all their official channels and I get the same automatic response that somehow, I violated the terms of service. This in itself does not make any sense at all. When I contacted them again on how in any shape or manner I violated the terms of service, They refuse to give an explanation and they refused to response all together. If in the 5 years I have held that account and haven't violated the "Terms of Service" up until now, why would I even begin to start now. If anything, prior to the deletion of both my accounts, I only streamed once a week and was barely even on the app at this point. So how can I begin to even remotely violate the terms of service when I only streamed for 1 day of the week, was barely on the app, Didn't really message people or visit live streams and yet I get my accounts deleted for violating ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The worst offence in this is that I had over 90k diamonds that was in the process of cashing out 200 dollars and tagged ripped that away and stolen Money that I earned from generous Tips and doing the awful offer wall quests that they partnered with Digital Turbine. I'm not the only example on here. There has been plenty of Complaints from other Streamers where tagged just deletes people's accounts and use the excuse that we violated the terms of service, when they themselves do not bother to give any reasonable proof or explanation that we did anything. I want both of my accounts restored, I want my diamonds restored and I want an actual answer from this ****************

      A routine check performed prior to processing cash reward payments showed that the Diamonds in question were earned by breaking the rules.

      I am rejecting this response because: They still do not provide proof that I've broken the rules. The so called routine check doesn't hold no weight when there are people right now gaming the diamond system as shown with the new screenshots provided. If the Better Business Bereau would allow me more than five screenshots i would provide more. They're  Promoting their only fans, selling themselves with **** photos or videos, performing sexual acts on stream for diamonds, having photos posted while being near naked and with all the cleavage out. Yet I've shown in all my screen shots that I've provided is that I earned those diamonds again from doing the awful and tedious quests on the Digital turbine offer wall, and by earning the gold coins from watching the ads that they provide when visiting streams and from the donations of others. So if this does not shown how this company not only lies with the response they provided, but also shows their hypocrisy with their own, Terms of service and member conduct rules that they do not enforce( when it's convenient.) Then what else is this business going to lie about? I just exposed with proof and screenshots what's going on currently on their app. Also with the proof that I earned the coins through their offer wall thats provided on their app and yet somehow I'm the one that's in the wrong. So unless doing the offer wall quests that they provide, allow, promote and complete for coins is somehow a violation of the terms of service and member conduct rules then sets a dangerous precedent. And in turn contradicts their earlier response. And also the screenshots that I couldn't provide as of now, I know the federal trade commission would love to investigate.

      AGAIN, this company does not even say how I violated the terms or service or how the diamonds that I gained are illegal. They keep repeating the same garbage that I violated the terms of service but yet they provide no discernable proof on their end that I even did. And that is the most frustrating part of all. This company will not provide details, pictures, logs, transactions, or anything on their side. How can anything change when I or others report these same people time and time again and  nobody at tagged staff is doing anything to remove these people? The same people we report are on here currently still doing the same and getting away with stealing money. If I've been here for nearly 5 years and never got banned once and the fact that I've bought gold legally on the app and cashed out money in the past, then why would I begin to start trying to do anything illegal at this point? They don't say what paragraph of the terms of service I violated. They don't say the time and date of when it was violated. They don't provide not one credible reason other than, "He broke the rules." Yet here I am providing all the screen shots that I was able to save while my profile was active of where my gold was coming from and how I was legally earning it through the quests and ads and still, they say in their response they say it's illegal? Unreal and what an injustice. I'm providing all the proof possible and yet this is how I'm treated. 5 Years of work just tossed away because this company needs to steal that 200 dollars really badly from a streamer who followed the rules and was at this point streaming only once a week.

      I reactivated my account after taking a long break from the app called Hi5. It is their sister app for the Tagged app. Was a Black V.I.P and level 50 on the account. When I go to stream or visit other streams they don't display both of these features at all, I contacted customer support on March ******* so that these basic features can be restored. After over a week of waiting for replies with their V.I.P support and their regular customer service, To sum it all up, All I got as a resolution from them was "we can't do it." So after spending thousands of dollars to complete said requirements for the badge and following the guild lines of years the site and helping others. I get treated like trash. And I bet you if the top streamer on the site was to complain in the same manner, they would instantly get that fixed. On top of that, since this company have partnered up with a new mobile advertising company called Digital turbine. The gold offers they provide on their offerwall, so we can obtain extra gold for completing mobile game objectives are 95 percent broken with many of them are broken links to "free merchandise" which are obviously phishing scams, or they only give you part of the reward after completing said objectives. I already made a prior complaint to the Better business Bureau about the company: "Digital Turbine" and they haven't responded at all and since this If(we) company is partnered with them, they in turn allow this garbage to happen on their platform. I want my coins that still due to me and I want my level ring and badge restored.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is not about transferring V.I.P status or level ring to another profile, this about restoring at minimum the level ring that obviously does not show up when I enter a stream to communicate.  And you people are partnered with the offerwall that you allow on your app. So part of your responsibility is to make sure that it happens as well. On top of that, I've made multiple BBB complaints with the advertiser response known as "Digital Turbine" that you allow on your app about the situation and they refuse to answer. Whether it was through their customer support email, their phone number that is provided, through the offerwall "having issues button," on your app, their official website, and finally the multiple BBB complaints that are in the screenshots provided. So what else am I suppose to do? When I exhausted all my options going through all the channels in trying to resolve this and the company still doesn't do their due diligence.  The fact that I can't get my level ring fixed is baffling already which you as company control. But what's even more baffling is you allow this scummy company Digital turbine that has ripped off myself and multiple streamers in getting coins. When you were originally partnered up with the Iron Source advertiser company for the offerwall I had only 2 compliments and they acknowledged the problem and immediately resolved it, So Since I already went through every official channel with them, the only option left was to complain to the company that allows it on their app. So either you can return the Iron source offerwall to the app and fix my level ring, or make the digital turbine company answer. Or I'll just have to take it higher to the attorney General if need be.       I am rejecting this response because: So you allow a mobile advertiser company to leech off your app and fraud not only me, but other users on there as well.  And then don't want to take the responsibility when you allow this on your app. because you can't do your due diligence? Now I'm ****** off even more because I wake up Monday morning on April 25 2023 and I come to see that my main account of 4 years and my back up account have now been deleted on the app. How convenient that when all I wanted was a simple resolution for putting something as simple as my level ring back to show on stream at minimum and some justice so that I can receive the coins I rightfully earned and worked for, but instead I get punished by having my 2 accounts get erased for the system , And on top of that, that new account I had over 90k diamonds that was in the process of cashing out and you literally ripped that from me. Over 200 dollars that I worked for is now gone. I already contacted your customer support about the erasure and just like everything, It usually takes over a week at minimum to get a response. So this what's going to happen, Since I never violated the terms of agreement in the 4 years I've been streaming on your app, I'm going to give you 1 week at minimum, to restore my diamonds and my 2 accounts. If that doesn't happen, I'm just going straight to the attorney general on this matter. The fact I never broken any rules on the app (And still haven't) and get punished because I wanted a reasonable solution is ridiculous. All the while, there are woman and men constantly breaking and manipulating the terms and not once do they ever get their accounts deleted.

      i have been a member of tagged for over 13 years , and suddenly my account was canceled.when i finally was able to contact them through e-mail only . i received a reply that the account is canceled because of a violation of terms of service.i have replied many times asking why, never received a warning, asked about gold in the account , if the account was hacked and also for a phone number and always get the same robotic response.i have spent quite a bit of money over the years on the site to mainly play the pets game there and should deserve at least some kind of explanation.in many of my e-mails i have sent them my contact information with out any response from them. i have asked why is something that i paid for not credited to me to either move to another account or give to anyone , and do not get an answer to.what bothers me most is that they will take your money and then just delete you with out a warning or reason of any kind .but one thing i have noticed since my account has been deleted is that i have not received any messages to my e-mail account about unusual sign in activity for the last week that is associated with the cancelled account.

      I am rejecting this response because: it should not matter when my last purchase was and since there is gold in the account it just magically disapeers ?

      like i said what violations are there and why no warnings given ? 

      why am i constantly bombarded with spam links and **** pictures and offers of solicitation by probably the same people on tagged and tagged does not even try to block them in any way?

      why are scammers and cheats allowed to continue and never have there accounts deleted ?

      why is this account being singled out ? i have a few other accounts , so why are those not in violation if they are mine ? they know it is me, i log in with same two devices.

      like i said this makes no sense , never get a answer or explanation , 

      i am only getting the feeling that i am being told to make a new account and then have to BUY gold to get back where i was at in the pets game

      seems more like a scam to get money from me to get my original account back .

      I have reported a harasser by the name of *********************** account **********..I asked that party to leave me alone when he did not like that he began harassing me all day . He stated he would not stop. He is blocked but he still continues to harass. This action is causing me undue stress. They have a code of conduct against harassment and bullying but do nothing. A block does not stop the harassment. ************** is still doing this as I type this message now. I request that the party be informed to leave me alone. I do not accept putting up a block. Tell them to stop bothering me.

      Note that the "Pets" game ************ referenced in the attachments is an optional game on Tagged in which users may interact with other users within the confines of the game.  No communication can be sent through the game.

      We continue to encourage ************ to block this user, and any user she does not wish to interact with on Tagged.
