      When looking at the subscription, I selected the monthly payments at $6 per month, and NOT a yearly subscription. When I entered my card information, I noticed that my credit card was charged $72 as a yearly subscription.I have attempted to call numerous times, and each time I have never had anyone pick up the phone to speak with me about cancelling the plan by the 10th business day. I cancelled the plan, and on the website it claims that I have a $0 plan for the entire year plan after cancelling, but there has been no information listed about refunding my actual transaction.After calling for the 10th time, I decided that I should file a BBB complaint as well as attempt to have my credit card provider dispute this with the seller. I simply want a full refund, I have read other complaints of people stating the same issue.

According to our records, you selected a 12-months subscription plan and were billed for the annual subscription. Our regular monthly rate is $35.99/month. To get the discounted rate, you will need to pay for the entire duration of your chosen subscription. Thus, in this case, $72 per year ($6 per month).

      You canceled your subscription online on 01/10/2022. An automated email informed you that your account would not be automatically renewed, and the subscription was active and available until the end of the subscription period. Unfortunately, we never received your refund request.

      I selected a $10 a month plan for kidscasting.com. I was charged $120. I went to cancel and there is no where on the website to cancel. My bank notified me there was fraudulent activity. This has happened to others.

Please note we processed the refund through check and sent it to the address you provided. The delivery can take **** business days (delivery speed depends on the postal service). Furthermore, we would like to provide you with up to 6 months of complimentary subscription if you are interested. KidsCasting is all about the kids, and that's our priority.       I subscribed to Kidscasting's 12-month membership on Sep 12, 2021 and decided to cancel on Sep 14th. It was shocked to me that they charged $120 ahead instead of $10 by month. When I sent out the cancellation request and received a confirmation from Kidscasting, only to know that they won't refund to me any amount and will just nonsensely keep my account and membership until Sep 12, 2022. It's ridiculus to keep such membership since I would not use the service any more (I will deactivate/close my account after this complaint gets resolved). And for kidscasting, this is unjust enrichment.In addition, I believe Kidscasting is also false advertising the promotion of their subscription, making people believe they will be charged on monthly basis. Therefore, I request a full refund for cancelling my subscription and deactivation of my account. I also demand Kidscasting not to retain any personal information of mine or my kid for any kind of use after that.

      Purchased a $10 a month subscription for 12 months with kids casting. Was charged $120 up front. After subscribing and realized it was false advertisement I deactivated the account and tried to cancel service. No phone number was provided on site to I canceled the service. Disputed with my credit card. However kidscasting responded that I never called to cancel then emailed me a number to call. When I called the number for resolve, I was told I needed to reinstate my account and use the service. Im simply asking for a refund. I explained if I had to go pay the 1 time $35 a month fee to please refund the balance and was told no I NEED to just use the service.
