This place is a joke. They changed their system around October 2024. My appointments used to cost $10, but since they updated their system my cost is now $142. I contacted customer service multiple times. They say they'll transfer you, but then you literally wait hours and sometimes days. They still have no answers and push the blame on others. They do not care about people's mental well-being. Don't even try to get your medical records from them. I should have access to my own medical records. I tired calling you just sit on hold. This place is ridiculous.

Prior to 2025, I was receiving mental health therapy via ** on demand for several months. Since their platforms integrated to Included Health, I am no longer to verify my coverage, which indeed has the benefit at a $0 copay, and they have recently charged me $148 for an unknown reason. I have spoken to customer service as well as my HR department and continue to hear theyre working on it. This is extremely frustrating and a total gap in accessible healthcare.

They have been absolutely horrible with billing. I saw an online doctor for a simple cold. A bill of $49 came so I paid it through my insurance portal back in August. Its been almost 4 months and Im still getting billed every month! Ive been calling a lot and every time I call they tell me theyve escalated my situation to the top but nothing has been fixed. When I called my insurance company, they gave me confirmation that ** already cashed my payment long ago. I would not recommend ** at all!

This feedback is for included health. I have used the service with the previous companies since I started with company. They have been extremely useful! But included health basically made a decision to not help me. And I can't think of any other reason why they wouldn't do it other than they simply wanted to discriminate against me. Why? Not sure but they 100% refused to service me. Back on August 6th I brought up a situation to them on a billing matter. Since then I have reached out six times as to why it has not been resolved. Every single time they say somebody will reach out and nobody ever does. The very last time I spoke with ******* through the chat, I made a formal request to have a manager reach out to me. She said somebody would reach out in four business days. Nobody called, nobody left a voicemail, nobody texted me, nobody emailed me, and absolutely nobody reached out. So at this point I am 100% certain that I was discriminated against. Considering the situation, I have sent this feedback directly to them, and also to you guys. I will have to go old school and resolve the problem myself which is not an issue. I can certainly do so. I just figured that if you guys are paying for these people to service us, that's the least they can do. But I am quite perplexed that they 100% ignored me! And I felt you guys needed to know that. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

****** My Virtual *** was delightful..... She told me to USE ********* antibiotic oinment for the dog scratches...i had a USED tube in my Rx Cabinet... I'd lasked your Team to have her Rx me a backup tube..... Could that be placed sent Centerwell / Humana pharmacy........... to my Humana. Mail order, and they'll just send it off to me.? ......And here's my disappointing response from your company:`1. I receive an email saying, we cannot do that. You will have to start a new visit with another provider. 2. I immediately pick up the phone and called customer service and spoke to *********. She explained the same thing. We cannot do that. And I said, I'm asking her, since she said, I want you to USE the *********........... To now call that in as a prescription? to Center well/******. I will continue to use my outdated used tube, but I want a fresh tube....and i haven been TWICE NOW told.....no we cannt do that..... Mind boggling... You want me to have a fresh visit right after I just had a visit with another provider and take more money from ******** when all she has to do is call in the prescription. I. I will. never do business with your company again. Very disappointed....*****

I have been scheduled for a CT thorax lung cancer screening. First I was told by included health it was 100% covered then turned around after they do first investigation that it is not. Contact ***************** myself and was told since they sent it in with 3 other codes that the doctor hasn't ordered. This is why it isn't covered under preventive. I have a copy of the radiology order from the doctor and only has one code on it. Can't get anyone to fix this so I gave them to the end of the day or I'll find a primary doctor elsewhere. Worst customer support I've seen. Been dealing with this for 8 days and no resolve.

After receiving multiple refund confirmations from my psychiatrist ****************** for a month so far, my bank account has still not received my $99 refund for being wrongly charged for an appointment that never took place on 7/1. On that day, Dr+ had my appointment unprofessionally scheduled for when I was traveling in flight. I did not have access to WiFi at this time.At this point, I have reported this to my banks dispute **** and they are charging this $99 back out of Dr+s business account. I would highly advise that you appropriately reverse this charge before this become a small-claims legal matter against Dr+.

Zero stars. A so called board certified doctor refuses to refill a script written by a pulmonologist's Nurse Practitioner - didn't want to step on his toes - or assume the liability of writing an antibiotic script. Folks, the only reason they accept ******** is because they don't practice medicine. INSTEAD THEY STEAL MONEY FROM EVERY TAX PAYING AMERICAN because I assure you, they plan to ************* I am, late stage emphysema, on oxygen therapy 24/7 ,,, but I'm better off doing without antibiotics . Did I mention I offered to forward Quest Diagnostic's sputum tests dated July 5 and July 11 Be a waste of time. Wouldn't understand the medical terminology. Pretty sure this one found her license in the bottom of a cereal box. Surprised she doesn't demand the Fed house her in a four star hotel while she steals from you and me for doing nothing

Horrible customer service. My company fired Accolade and hired Included Health. They are doing terribly. I have one issue - a physician which saw my son did not process the claim correctly. I don't know whether the physician's group submitted the insurance to the wrong insurer but it says that my son wasn't covered as he wasn't a beneficiary. He has been my continuously covered beneficiary for 7 years at this company and in fact he had a visit a few months later TO THE SAME PHYSICIAN'S GROUP which was processed correctly. Total insanity. They need to call the insurance company and the physicians group and straighten it out. Meanwhile I am blocked from talking to *************** Shield because this company is supposed to be the primary contact and my son continues to receive bill collection calls for a visit which should have been completely covered. Been trying for 9 months to resolve. AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH
