This is what I emailed Plushcare, and they said Thanks for your feedback! While Im addressing my CONCERNS 1. 50/50 chance of seeing the doctor- if my plans for the appointment day were cancelled to make it to my appointment and you didnt see me I gotta **** it up and Just reschedule it!No compensation for the wasted time and the inconvenience that you caused to me and my day! No liability whatsoever! 2. Promised to have the same experience I would have in office visit, not true! you made the appointment that means you ll be seen! Specially when you have a big network of doctors you said! In an office visit wont charge you when you try to reschedule your appointment!! You charge $75 but when the doctor is late or never shows up, I wont be compensated for the inconvenience rather I would be offered my MONEY back!!! Obviously you ll give me my money back since you didnt provide any service! But what happened to the time I wasted??? The plans I cancelled? The unpaid day off that I took from work for me to have this appointment happens!!!? Who will compensate for all of this???? This is not a business this is a straight up SCAM! Thats the second time happening, I let it go the first time but this is not going to be well this time. Legal authorities have to have a look into this website. 3. Your customer service call center *****! Very unprofessional service! This old lady was literally yelling at me!! As like this is what we have go somewhere else if you dont like it!! This is not an acceptable customer service SPECIALLY in healthcare environment where patients want a peace of mind and good customer service to calm the person down! A lot of issues I have noticed in this website and no one is taking any responsibility to fix or help! 4. I also don't understand the footnote you guys have underneath each chat! Because it's either you're available 24/7 or whatever the schedule you set here 8-10 everyday or the 2-3 day response because it contradicts each other!

Absolutely a scam!! They will charge you for absolutely everything. Just go to a walk in clinic or urgent care most likely less expensive.

Poor experience with a doctor, and the monthly fee was a surprise that I only noticed when I googled PlushCare reviews after my Dr. **** went poorly.I made my appointment over the phone, and they did mention the cost of the appointment but conveniently neglected to disclose their monthly fee.Had PlushCare been up front about the fee (and the appt gone well), I'd have been ok with paying $20/month, but by not being upfront about it, trust was destroyed before it even had a moment to develop.

Plushcare is a SCAM! I inputted my insurance and based on this they estimated my visit to cost $30 (it was literally a 2 minute call so a doctor could prescribe me prescription eye drops because I thought I had pink eye) and I paid the $30 before the meeting. Then I paid for the prescription. 2 months later, I was notified that my remaining balance due is $115for a 2 minute Zoom call. The claim isnt even showing up in my insurance portal I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

This company is peddling a scam "service" that does nothing but prey on desperate people, and their customer service basically told me "sucks to be you"

****! Do not do business with these people. They have 528 complaints in BBB and a 2 star rating, these reviews mean nothing on *******I have just discussed with customer service on the phone and the lady mentioned that if I had not placed my insurance on the platform my rate could have been $129 that would have left me at a total for the consultation of $255.Considering that I paid on each of the two consultations I have $35 total of $70 copay plus my current remainder balance of $285. If I add up the two balances (using insurance) this would place me at a consultation that lead to NO MEDICINE NOR PRESCRIPTION, neither a solution of $355.I dont understand how this operation works as the lady mentioned due to me submitting my insurance that consultation gets billed to the insurance twice the consultation price compared to no insurance usage. I have two appt in February and I see as my bill $115 and in July I see now a balance of $285.why did it took this long to bill the other appointment? Are insurances aware of this?I mentioned on the platform I was not able to get the medicine. And still you guys said it was not your problem and wash your hands. I am not getting anywhere with the billing department and be aware you will not see anywhere in the app an itemized bill, it not convenient for Plushcare to let customers know that booking an appointment is cheaper without an insurance as they get a bigger piece of the cake from both ends customers when they use an insurance.

Like many others, I paid my original fee of $125 for a phone visit. The service was good enough. It was for my wife and she had tested positive. We were looking to get a paxlovid prescription and we did. Later, they billed my wife another $95 which she *********, they enrolled my card on a monthly membership for $19.99. To be fair, they said the membership description is on the website and it automatically enrolls you. I dont recall seeing it. When I took the time to call, they I Canceled the membership and issued a refund. Ill wait patiently for the credit to appear on my card.

After setting up an account for my mother, I made her an appointment because she was very ill and tested positive for covid. In setting up the appointment, it gave us the option of adding her family members. Since she and I live together, I added myself as one of her family members, knowing that it was likely I was also about to get covid. The doctor my mother saw was great. However, when we tried to pick her prescription up at the pharmacy, we were told she had nothing, despite having received a text message from Plushcare indicating they had sent it. I tried chatting with them but received no response at all. I also messaged them, still no response. Ultimately, I discovered that they had somehow mixed her current plush care account with my old, canceled plush care account and therefore, put her prescription under my name. After a couple of failed attempts to get in touch with them to correct their mistake, we ultimately picked up the prescription because she was getting sicker and sicker. Fast forward a couple of days, I also have covid. The problem is, I can't get medication for it because they put my mother's prescription in my name. I spent nearly half an hour on the phone with someone from Plushcare who ultimately informed me that there's nothing they can do about it. I asked the gal to ensure that both my, and my mom's, accounts are canceled. She told me my account, which I had canceled many months ago, was canceled on November 2nd. Interestingly, I didn't cancel anything on November 2nd. The gal on the phone was helpful enough to cancel my mom's account. I would absolutely not recommend using Plushcare. They are simply not worth the chaos and headache, especially when you are already sick.
