    Service was paid for a full website development, pictures are still missing, we never approved the website, and they tried to charge more and more money to fix or make updates. This people trying to charge more money saying that we more time payment of $500 they can do more for us. At the moment of the contract, they promise several stuffs in regard the website and maintenance, but they said they cannot do it for free and we paid more and more. I tried to talk to them multiple times but always was the same situation. We started with the project in March and we sent the website live because we open our business, and we need a way to customer be in contact with us, we have bugs, the email does work correctly and they just to play with us all the time.They charge for the trademark and they never completed the process, they pushed us to pay for it and when we did it they could not deliver the service.I just want to finish our website in the best way possible

    I started working with Web Design Lane last October 2022 for a webpage for my business selling ********* products. They did a great job on my webpage but they are constantly shutting it down demanding more money for something. I had them email me multiple times that I would not have to pay any more money after this payment but they keep shutting my site down until I pay. This last time they were wanting me to pay at least $1,200 per year for bandwidth (which I already paid for) but have dropped it to $350 one time only & saying they will send me another email stating I won't have to pay any more money for my site. I told them this was a hobby for me to try and earn some extra money and that I couldn't spend a lot on it at the very beginning. They shut my page down until a pay because they know I need my page running in order to make sells. This company and these people are SCAMMERS and use the site to keep you paying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY no matter how nice they seem you will REGRET IT! When you don't do what they want they can get not so nice to you. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

    I engaged the company in October to design a website for my company. The design work was not professional and needed months of revisions. After several months I was finally able to get a design that I was satisfied with. I did not want to host my website with them because of their failure to be responsive and there general incompetence. The total fees I paid them were roughly $2,500 including $1900 for 5 yr hosting contract. I was wiling to walk away and take my design elsewhere and forgo any refund on the $1900 (which they promised me). But they wanted to charge me a $2000 transfer fee. Which I never agreed to. Its a bit like hotel California, you can check in but never leave with this Company. None of these terms are in their terms and conditions. I would prefer that the deliver to me in electronic form the files necessary for me to host my website elsewhere. But if not I would like full refund so I can spend the money on another designer.
