    On 7/9/2024 i signed up for a trial for a weight loss program, they collect your data, so far okay, then they offer a free trial, where you can pay .50 cents for a week of trying the product. But then they encourage to "skip" the trial and pay 30 dollars outright, they don't outline any other membership perks other than either continue with the low cost one or pay for skip it. This makes no sense to anyone, so I chose NOT TO skip the trial. They went ahead and charged me for the full amount anyway ($30 total). Emails to customer service only say they don't do refunds. EVen though nothing on the options i signed up expressed i would have to pay more, and even so when i did NOT skip the trial. And I have the receipt for it (interesting they did not sent a receipt for the full charge)

    Early in the year, my wife apparently discovered some advertising for this company and completed some input at their website. She told me that she was expecting to receive some sort of dietary supplements after a $3 trial charge. On Jan 5, we were charged $3 and $19. Thereafter, we were charged $35 a week. We get a printed statement monthly and I pass it off to my wife for review. I didnt take note of the charge until the February statement came in and my wife said she called the bank to stop payments. A couple of months went by and noticed these charges again. She said she called the bank again to stop any payments to our card. So, I investigated this myself since the charges continued and she never received any products. I went online to discover how to stop payments directly with the company. This is when I found many complaints about this company, some people getting charged much more than me and seemingly unable to halt the payments. On their website they stated that they would not provide any refunds. I suppose that is reasonable had we actually received any products, but we received absolutely nothing. Also, in order to cancel the subscription, you have to submit your email with a request to stop. I did so on April 26, 2024 and a day or two later received an email back confirming cancellation. It appears that no further charges have been made. From January through April this dishonest and deceitful company swindled us of $582. It seems that many others have fallen prey to their artifice and fraudulence. I am a former business owner.
