I purchased 3 blouses for $78.17. June 17, 2024. I returned all 3 items new, and in full compliance of Merchants written Return Policy beginning July 4, 2024. Yet I have not received $1.00 of my Return. There is a second party to this Transaction, After pay, a pay merchant. I am also filing a separate Complaint on their BBB page because even more egregious, as opposed to Refunding me when they were notified items had been returned, they intentionally double billed my **** credit card on July 29, 2024, to far exceed the amount owed for a Total of $98.06. date:7/10/2024; purchased Plus Size Loose Casual Plain Pants, Blue, size 3x. Material and design of the pants are completely different than the pants that arrived. I spoke with customer service and was told:"********************* 2024/07/28 22:04 They are still not as described, wrong material, legs cannot be rolled up as shown in picture Aki 2024/07/28 22:05 We have reported the material issues to the relevant colleagues and will work hard to provide a better product in the future." They have admitted that the description is wrong. They will not accept the return because the tag was removed and replaced. The underlying issue is that they fraudulently pictured and described a pair of pants yet switched what they delivered to a much inferior material and style nothing like what was pictured. They offered me, if I hadn't removed or replaced the tag, a small reimbursement if I kept the pants or refund minus a $7.00 mail charge to return. The agent refused to let me speak to a manager; refused to give me a phone number for the company; refused to connect me to their legal representative or give me that phone number (I am a lawyer). He was completely, stubbornly unhelpful. The company is falsely advertising the clothing that they are offering. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could give me. wrong size coat was mailed, sent size 5 when it should have been xxl, SKU-DE7E156BF1OE and a blouse you sent was a duplicated in white when I wanted 1 in blue. I have sent two message to have them replaced and I heard anything as of this date. I would like someone to get back to me ASAP. Ordered shoes previously ,delivered with no problem, so I ordered 2 more10/31/23, which never arrived.. Paypal transaction #7LF64923B9130514M iNVOICE ***************** Paypal despute case PP-R-UAJ.I contacted *********************** as per Paypal dispute service, They lied and said I didn't give correct info (Lie because I had previous purchase), they didn't have my correct e-mail ( Lie they send non-stop e-mails) they said they didn't have a phone and they didn't have my phone number or address* according to the delivery service Zolucky used. They first offered me $13.** & the upped it to $16.** later to end my complaint.t * because they can't refund my $43.98 or just send the 2 pair of missing ,shoes because they spent too much money on their INCOMPETANT delivery service that claimed they couldn't find my address (They found it the first time I ordered). I still want the shoes, which would end my complant, if not refund $43.98..Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 Christmas themed clothing items well before Thanksgiving. I wish I had looked at the reviews of this company and realized they were based in *****. After 2 weeks when I had received no communication from Zolucky I tried to call them. There is no phone number. All I could find was chat. I think it wasnt a live person. They told me 2 of my Christmas items would ship in January. Hello??? I told them to cancel those 2 items and they refused to refund any shipping. I got my shirt today and it is very cheap material and doesnt look like the picture. Please DO NOT waste your money and buy this clothing. It is cheap looking.Initial Complaint

11/21/23 Order of merchandise Dec 2, 2023 Return request letter sent from Zolucky Company is asking for me to pay their shipping fee for the original purchase, when it was not originally charged since I bought the required amount for free shipping. Now they want me to pay $20.99 plus the return shipping fee. I expected to pay the return shipping of $7.99 and would pay that, but I feel the above amount added to this is not fair.Initial Complaint

Have filed a prior complaint about ordering clothes from this company items have been returned. Tracking numbers sent to you for 7 different returns items. Have not heard a response or follow up for this complaint. Hundreds of dollars of clothes returned with verification items were returned. No refund issued. Some I have been waiting 2 1/2 months for refund. Very frustrated customer with no help.
