    this company is a scam I put my money in the atm and never received the bitcoin they are selling bitcoin and already a very high price and should be Removed from blockchain transactions I work hard for my money I would never steal from hard working people like this company dose

At times the blockchain platform which processes bitcoin becomes congested and delays transactions, This is out of our control. At no time did we "steal from" this customer. The customer has also been offered a discount on their future transactions and a lifetime VIP membership. They simply need to call customer service XXX-XXX-XXXX to set it up. We have attached a copy of the blockchain ledger showing the customers purchase of $100 which is equal to 0.0027 bitcoin was sent. They customer also mentioned our fees which our standard in our industry. However if the customer calls into customer service they can receive a 15% discount off of all future fees. We apologize for the delay.
