    We live in *******, ** and during this last snow storm our snow blower decides to die. My husband said lets find one with batteries as we are getting older. I look on the internet for eco power snow blower. I saw this one from Craftycuppy. Priced reasonable, in fact in the banner page with ace hardware, Lowes etc. So, I choose this company, paid by **************** and they had a chat, so I asked where was this shipping from? They said **********. I said ok, thank you. I am waiting for the confirmation shipping details. I asked in the chat did I get a confirmation email? They said to look in the spam folder and I did and I told them I dont have anything. After that the chat went dead, and I see they took down their company from the banner page. I did tell them that I am freezing my card but it was pending. I called the credit card company and they said I have to wait a week. I also then went and looked at their address in ****** and it turns out they are a house. Their parent company apparently is in *******. So, I have no paperwork from them at all other than my **************** bill that was charged.

    I am requesting full refund $328.00 due to fraudulent company named Krafty cups at acol appears to be fake Date of purchase 12/5/23 for a 75 inch TV
