    Despite McDonald's *** implementing a Global Brand Standards, I have yet to hear back from their regional office or headquarters regarding the continued vindictive conduct of franchisee, MCD-**-22627, *********************************************************** to customer complaints and why a manager would delete orders. Please reference cases ******** and ********.Case ******** - I observed what is now known to be the owner repeatedly pointing at a dine-in customer from across the room in an attempt to shame or berate. Waiting on my takeout, I attempted to explain to the owner why & what the customer complained to the clerk and was myself shown contempt for complaint.As a result I filed that case put it took months if not weeks of repeatedly contacting ************ to finally get a response to my complaint.Case ******** - When I finally did return to McDonald's, a manager deleted my order after confirming the name, she calls me Lion instead of ****, on my order at drive-thru speaker. At the 2nd window she claimed they didnt have any such order. See Check-In TL21-3618565, 05/04/2023, 08:25:58 PM.Eventually another manager confirmed the manager deleted my order. As to why she lied about earlier confirming my order is unclear but continued bad behavior despite earlier apology by general manager/owner.I filed this complaint, case ********, through mobile app. When I did receive a call and called back, I was put on hold for *** and could hear workers but no one picked up.I followed-up through 800 number and requested regional but not response.
