My employer failed to pay me for a week. They put the money on a payactiv card. Since then it has been nothing but a runaround to get my funds. I had to use the card at an ATM which charged me $4. There should be no fee on getting my money.

I have been using Payactiv since 2018 have have never had any issues. On 5/17, $311 was taken out of my paycheck for the week before. On 5/24, $522 was taken out, even though I only borrowed $198 during that pay period. Looking at the Payactiv website, it isn't showing the $311 payment. I have tried speaking to customer service about this but I keep getting the run around. My employer has told me that this is on the Payactiv end. The resolution should be simple: either they received too much money so they should refund me, or they should tell my payroll to refund the $311 that they claim to never have received.

The company continually gives the run around. I had to threaten legal action multiple times just to have help getting my own account moved to a new number. They're not properly updating hours worked and refusing any kind of assistance whatsoever now. After taking the 706 from my previous check already they've not updated my hours and I have multiple bills due that need to be paid. And they've effectively left me screwed when the purpose of the app is to have money for bills between checks. The employees they have in contact with customers are flat out rude and dismissive.

My employer changed payrolls in 2024 and unfortunately switched to Paycor/Payactiv. It's been nothing but issues. Hours not updating, earned wages taking over 48 hours to appear, the list goes on.Today I noticed I have $ for earned wages to withdraw so I clicked on earned wages, and then it showed $0.I contacted them and was advised my Ondemand option was deactivated and they don't know why. They asked me if there's been a contract change with my employer. No, there hasn't. Now I get to wait 48 hours for someone to review on why this happened...What kind of company deactivates a feature and there's NO INFORMATION/NOTES on why this occurred for a representative to relay to the customer? It doesn't make sense which is why there's something shady with this company. I wish my employer never changed to Paycor, absolute worst!
