They denied access to available funds. They dont have a working customer service line. They are ignoring customers from all across the states. Their online services have crashed. Keeps us on hold only to hang up when its been over 15 minutes on hold.Business Response

The Payactiv app and website have been down for over two days, and there has been no communication whatsoever from the company. No updates, alerts, or notificationsleaving users completely in the dark. I rely on this app to access my earned wages, and during this entire outage, Ive had zero access to my account, no knowledge of whats going on with my money, and no assurance that my private information is safe.I called customer service, waited on hold, and as soon as it was my turn, they hung up on me. On 4/5/25 Payactive deducted ****** from my pay. I did not owe any money to Payactive. Also my employer does not have Payactive as a perk for staff so there is no way I could have used their services. They will not refund me the money they took.Business Response

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Payactiv, Inc., due to a critical issue I have been experiencing for nearly a week. I have not been able to access my wages or the money on my debit card due to an issue on Payactivs end that prevents me from logging in to my account. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating that my employer is not active, which is completely false.I have been using Payactiv since my employment began in August 2024, and I have confirmed with multiple Payactiv representatives that my employment is active and that my wages are available for me to access. However, despite this confirmation, I havent been able to access the funds that I have earned, and this ongoing issue has created significant hardship for **** have reached out to Payactiv a total of 25 times through various methods, including chat, email, and phone calls, only to be given the runaround. I have been denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. I have also been promised a call back from a supervisor four separate times, and each time I have been left waiting without any resolution.I am devastated and stressed due to Payactiv. I am unable to pay my bills, buy food, or take care of other essential business due to not having access to my own wages. This is an unacceptable and unethical situation that has gone on for far too long. I trusted Payactiv as a financial institution to manage my funds, but I am now left unable to access them due to negligence on their part. Furthermore, Payactiv advertises "instant wages on demand" as a key feature of their service, which is misleading, resulting in false ************** beyond frustrated w/the lack of urgency, inconsistencies in communication, and above all, the inability to access my own money, which is directly affecting my ability to survive. Every time, and i mean Every time I attempt to use payactiv I always have to spend hours on chat and or on the phone with customer service because it will not allow me to access my funds. After hours of complaining and trying to get help, I usually am able to access my funds after around 2-3 hours. Today however it has already been 5 hours since my first call to payactiv support and I still can't a cess funds. They always blame my card or my employer but that's never the problem. I can't tell you what the actual problem is though because when I ask why I have this problem Every time I get told they do not know.Business Response

I have been using the payactiv for payroll through my company **************** I contacted them with a question and then all of my hours and my money was stolen and disappeared they have refused after many hours to fix the problem as well as it has caused me health concerns due to the timing and the stressful situations that have occurred I've only asked for it to be fixed and after speaking with three people they have purposely done things that have made it more difficult like they accessed my account without my employee ID and they changed information without my permission they disappeared my hours and my money when I have proof of I have printed out this proof but on top of this then they play games to try to prevent any further action by meBusiness Response

On 03/16/2025, I went in to work from 8pm to 2am. Woke up at home at 8am. Went back to bed at 8;30am after I noticed my pacy activ account haven't updated at this time.. so I walk back up at 12:23p.m ,Notice on pay active that my hours was updated without a balance from pay Activ.They are giving fake names.I ask supervisor 3 more times they telling me that the supervisor will tell me the same thing. The didn't get a supervisor they keep saying the supervisor Will say the same thing. I have no way to work because they updated my hours report without a balance.
