    IF I could give them 0 stars I would. We live outside Philadelphia in a suburban area where GAF has completed other solar projects. When they met with us, they told us not only would our entire electric bill be paid by the amount of solar we generate, they also told us we would generate so much electricity our energy provider would pay us for energy. They also told us it would take about 3 months for our electric company to approve the solar project. It is now 6 months since we paid over $100,000 for our roof and solar and we have yet to have the solar approved by our electric company because the amount of solar panels they put up are too much for the electric system to handle. As a result, we either had to take off some solar panels (which means we now will not generate as much electricity as we were told we would) OR pay an additional $25,000 to upgrade the electric system! I cannot imagine that GAF was not aware of this when they sold the solar system to us. In addition, when we try to discuss the matter with representatives from GAF, no one ever contacts us back. Their customer service is horrible. Stay away!
