**** worked with **** at NIC Building and Remodeling for three major projects and other smaller efforts, and were looking forward to our next one! **** is not just knowledgeable about all aspects of residential construction, but also has experience with modern materials such as slat walls and full granite sinks. He also works well with the city and inspections fly through to success. When the job requires, he has a network of subs to get the right person power on the job. We enthusiastically recommend **** and will continue to trust him with our future projects.

Called **** after hours on a Monday. Had started a replacement of my shower delineator and had run into some issues. Asked if it was an emergency, which I replied, water is off, I have buckets. He replied, its an emergency and I'll be over in an hour. Came on time, R&R'ed the existing valve assembly in under a couple of hours. End result, a happy wife. I'm in construction as a manager and considered the costs very reasonable. I don't even give myself 5 stars. Highly recommend ****.

5 starsMy shower valves were leaking, and I suggested to Nic that I wanted a single-handle type. He listened, and didn't try to up-sell me. During the conversion, he showed me progress-steps. The final work was excellent. No leaks, and I enjoy showering. Price was lower than another estimate.
