    Huehearing did not send my refund of $61.20 after I sent their hearing aids back that I ordered. I was really mad about this, and shocked that a "company" would take advantage of someone who's in a situation where they need assistance for a physical problem. I hope that no one else goes through this problem with "Huehearing" or "Dr. Sound". Please avoid these folk forever.

    Scam scam I ordered hearing Aids thru Dr ********************** and though emailed and received the reply that they would be sent but never were.

    Dont expect a refund if they dont work out for you!! I tried for over 6 months to get my money back after the aids did not work for my elderly mother. The company was responsive while troubleshooting but suddenly stopped responding once I returned the product & looked for a refund.

    STRAIGHT CROOKS!!I brought my Benz here to have the speakers changed. I purchased 500 watt speakers and they switched them to 200 watt speakers without noticing me. Then to make matters worst they quoted me for 4 window's tinting service and then claimed I only asked for 2. Who tints 2 windows only???DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

    Ordered and paid in mid January. It is now July no hearing aids and no money refunded. Bye Bye over one hundred and sixty dollars.

    i purchase one hearing aid from the same company, using 2 or more aliase company names : HUE HEARING i BOUGHT and paid for the 1st aid, Right ear, just to see if they worked, & did recieve this one.Then this company kept sending me emails & text messages, with 'SPECIALS' they were having to purchase the 2 ** left ear aide,, continuously. So i DID,.]per my bank statement on March 15, 2023 :03/16/23PURCHASE AUTHORIZED ON 03/15 SP HUEHEARING HTTPSDRSOUND. CA S4630,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, CARD ####i paid them: per their special pricing $54.40 I never received the second aide, and they were the ones pestering me over and over to purchase it, so i did, and now 4 months later , still no hearing aide.No response to calls or emails. I am livid! Dirty scamp company.k.g. ****, **

    I ordered and received Hue Hearing aids January 27, 2023, received them February 26, 2023, and returned them March 2, 2023. *** received them an "processed refund" on March 8, 2023. I have been in contact via email since then to no avail. July 18, 2023 I received email from Audien Hearing stating they acquired Hue Hearing but "are not authorized to directly handle customer support or resolve issues related to Hue Hearing". Then had audacity to offer 15% discount on hearing aids.Stay as far away as posdible from both companies!

    1 star is too much but I have to put one in order to write a review. Im am a low income person who has tinnitus and hearing loss. Enough loss to have my family to constantly repeat themselves multiple times, but not enough for Medi-Cal to pay for them. I cant have more than one person talk at one time because it all becomes noise and no longer words. Watching tv and listening to music drowns all other noise out even when its at the lowest volume for me to hear and with kids thats not safe. I have a huge amount of unexplained negative space behind my ear drums. So finding Dr. Sound or Hue Hearing, I sincerely thought I found a God send.I ordered a pair of so called hearing aids on March 9, 2023, in hopes that it would help in someway. Its now over a month (July 14, 2023 to be exact) and all Ive gotten is a whole lot of bull c*** filled emails from random people. Initially I received an email saying my order is not on its way. Then an email confirming my order. The next day a call, a male representative saying that the order didnt go through. I explained to him that I have already been charged and I can prove it with a print out from my bank. The man said and I quote oh ok, Ill go ahead and send in the ticket and have your order processed. We what?! I got charged and my order hasnt been processed?! Oh I was ******. Since he had hung up right after, I tried calling back to that same number; no surprise that it went straight to voicemail.I put in for a chargeback at my bank and I plan on taking this up in court. Because of my financial and medical situation its more than just about the money at this point. This company is scamming people like me and they will scam you too! Dont fall for their scam like I did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!Ive tried several times to get in contact to get a refund without any luck. With all the time wasted and frustration caused by this matter I feel that it is time to file a class action.
