    This is the 3rd time my husband and I have used AAA furnace and air conditioning. The first 2 times were at our previous condo, the current issue is at new home. We had our air ducts cleaned. They came out for a "free estimate" but had us schedule an appointment right then and there, I asked if we could look around but were given the "well.....you can but you'll get ripped off" speech. We scheduled the appointment and they came out April 3rd. They cleaned the air vents but kept trying to say we needed more and over charged us for the service....now 2 months later we noticed that every single s**** on our ceiling vents have been stripped and we now have to have them ALL replaced. They have a history (with us at least) of doing an incompetent job and creating more damage and costing more money to fix their s**** ****

    Hello, AAA Furnace & Air Conditioning uses a thin air blow gun that fits in the gaps of the air vents in order to clean inside them. AAA Furnace does not remove ceiling vents during our duct cleanings in order to avoid potential paint and/or vent damage. Therefore it would be impossible that we stripped "every single s**** on the air vents" considering we never removed them on the job.

    I had called AAA Furnace because my heat is out. The first thing the tech says when he arrives is that he does not have time to look for a leak because he would not be able to get to all of his other calls. He put Freon in and I still have no heat. Charged me $250.00 without an estimate. I have since called another company to come out and fix this issue. I felt he was disinterested in finding the issue and was very abrupt and kept saying how he was too busy to spend more time on the call. I do not understand why he even came out if he didn't have the time to address the issue. *********************

    I have not yet heard anything from AAA Furnace and will be calling them directly today. Again, there was NO leak which was confirmed TWICE by the other company. The tech that was sent out from AAA Furnace did not to HALF of the troubleshooting the other company has done. The other company would still like to know why AAA said there was a leak and then charged me $250 for ***** is there was a leak!

    *Update* I just called AAA Furnace and spoke to *******, and she has agreed to refund me $250.00 for this service call. She said it will take up to a week for the refund to come through.

    This is ***** AAA HVAC Inc. In ********* ******************. Our a/c was not working. ****** came over to fixed it. He found a loose wire. He offered a protection plan for ******* to take placed the 2nd quarter of 2023. We told him that if we need any service to it, it is now that we are in summer time. I called ******, the person answering the telephone at the office and I asked her to fix the a/c now. She told me the they were coming to service the furnace not the a/c. I asked her for my money back and she told me that she would return $179.00. They haven't done anything to charge the$369.00. They were going to use this money the 2nd quarter in 2023. I should get our money back. Please help.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/07) */ After speaking with the homeowner on 6/1/22, a full refund was granted and her maintenance plan for 2023 was canceled per her request Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The heater and the a/c were dealt by the same company in question. The last person that saw the a/c made it work. He told us that one wire was loose. We didn't use the a/c in later days because there wasn't any need.to. When there was time to use it, I turned it on and it worked. When the temperature came to the to the desired temperature; after 10 minutes, the fan didn't stop. I waited for 20 minutes and the fan never stopped working. I had to turned off bu the switch box. What we expect from the company is to do its job and fix the problem. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/06/15) */ Originally the homeowner simply requested a refund for the maintenance plan that they originally agreed to and paid for, which we honored. They have since informed us that the system is still having issues to which we responded by setting up another service call to address the issue at no cost to the homeowner
