5 starsTeam did a great job on the install of a heat pump and a new furnace. My property is in ****************. I received three bids and Atlas Trillo was very competitive. *****, their sales rep, walked ** through options and was very transparent on the pricing. The install team tested the equipment, provided an overview on operation, cleaned up the area and hauled away all of the debris.Review fromLeia B

Our ac unit went out Saturday during an extreme heat wave in our city. We were lucky enough to have the tech come out yesterday after suffering for a few days. He was very nice and able to diagnose the issue. We were SHOCKED when we heard that it would cost $800 dollars to replace a capacitor that took him 5 minutes to fix!!! We later googled the price of the item and it was $25 dollars on Amazon. The fact that this company took advantage and charged whatever amount they felt was reasonable during a heat wave is disgusting! We were at the mercy of them to get this fixed so our family wouldn't have to deal with not having a working unit. This was a costly ****** learned and I urge those that want to use them to do your research and call around!

In the middle of a serious heatwave, our AC went out. I called Atlas Trillo at 7 am this morning, not expecting to get a live person at that time of day, but desperate to get our AC fixed. I did get a live person who assured me that they could have someone out later today, between 2 and 6 pm. About 2:30 I got a call that ***** was on his way. ***** was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and so nice. And he replaced a couple of parts and got ** back in business. We are now sitting in a wonderfully cool house. I'm still in shock that we got someone out so quickly, and so appreciate Atlas Trillo's quick and expert response. I came back from Labor Day weekend and realized that my air conditioner was broken. Of course, on the hottest day in ************ history, it seems that everyone had air conditioner failures. I called several ** repair companies and none could get out for to even do a diagnosis until the next week. That would have been 5-7 days in XXX-XXX temperatures and no **! I called Atlas Trillo and the receptionist was able to get me on the schedule the next day. My appointment was scheduled for 8 AM to 12 PM but at 11:40 AM, there was still no sign of a tech and not a word from their administration/dispatch. When I called, the dispatcher let me know that my technician was still on a job and that he had one more stop before making it to my place. Arriving at 3pm, **** was super nice, knowledgeable and professional. He made short work of the issue and from the time he stepped out of my front door to work on the ** unit which was located on the side of my building, I think it probably took **** minutes and I could immediately feel the system beginning to cool again. **** came back in an let me know the issue and the cost (which was VERY minimal!) and also, the reason that I didn't need additional parts/service which some other companies may have suggested. He said that if the issue a happens again, that I might consider those additional parts and services, but he didn't feel it necessary at this time. He was very honest and direct and I highly recommend Atlas Trillo because of ****. Call Atlas Trillo and request **** if you have the need your system looked at. I was really thrilled that Atlas was able to schedule and show for an appointment during this heat wave (********, Sept. 7, 2022). I had my A/C unit originally installed ***************** and maintained by them since - but, after two reschedules (without any notification), I called Atlas. The schedulers have excellent customer service skills, and I appreciate the communication from them as text(s) confirmed the appointment and status of my repair. The service technician was friendly and explained the process and pricing. He also repaired the unit by replacing two modules quicker than it had ever been serviced in the past. There was a little hiccup with a price change at the last minute, but we were able to work it out. Maybe providing an estimate after the inspection would help both parties know what the final cost should be, would help. But, overall I am really impressed and will be coming back for a service contract for them to do all my A/C needs from here on.Atlas Trillo Heating & Air & ARS/Rescue Rooter

Atlas Trillo HVAC was great to work with. A same day service request was accomplished within a 4hr window. *****, their service tech, was awesome and engaging; he was able to diagnose both problems and remedy a fix in about an hours time. ***** also stuck around and gave me his perspective on replacement manufacturers and the corresponding ************ if and when I decide to upgrade my units. Atlas Trillo is the best Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. Belsin came to my house to repair my HVAC system and did a great job. Belsin is knowledgeable and professional.
