    This company is based out of **, but has their listing out of CA. They hired me to contract for a major bank as a UX Writer promising a bonus upon recruitment. I never received the bonus and within six months they cut the pay of all of the employees contracted to this bank by seven percent during the highest inflation in 40 years. As if this wasn't enough, because the bank had more national holidays than Photon offered, Photon forced all of the employees contracted within this specific bank to use their paid time off for federal holidays like MLK Day and Juneteenth. I have never worked for a more abusive company in my life. If I could have afforded a labor lawyer I would have hired one. If I could give them a zero I would.

    I've worked with this company for a number of years, hiring their consultants.
    They copy resumes for more technical people and proliferate them thru the hiring company. They often put their resources - who are dedicated to one account - on multiple accounts. They keep alcohol in their downtown office and employees in that office are told to obtain alcohol and ensure that its kept up.
    The workers in India are often right out of university and have no experience. Photon pushes the hiring managers to continue to interview consultants that have terrible English and are difficult to understand.
    Their HR provides no job contracts for employees and offers no vacation. If vacation days are attempted to be taken, they are never approved. Often managers call employees all hours of the day and night to follow thru with their "Emergencies", They have tried to send employees to Mexico for months with NO HEALTH INSURANCE. Terrible company - would not hire.
