Very unprofessional. Dont expect to get your medication on time ever. Have to call them regularly to make sure things are getting handled and to make sure people are doing their jobs. Im taking my business elsewhere after three months of unsatisfactory service.Medvidi Inc

First month with ***** was fine. I was charged and service was timely and medication sent in a reasonable amount of time. The second month I was charged immediately. I was then notified that there would be a slight delay in my shipment and that it would be shipped in 5 to 7 business days. It has been over 3 weeks and medication has still not been received. I asked for an update and wasn't given one. So I then told them just to cancel the order and my subscription. I was advised that "per policy" refunds are not issued but they will cancel my subscription. So I ended up being charged for a month's medication that I never received. Extremely disappointed!!! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company regarding their fraudulent charges on products that are never shipped. I would recommend looking elsewhere for this type of service.Medvidi Inc

This company is beyond ridiculous, they took the money on my card quick fast had virtual meeting was prescribed and told I have in 3-5 days as of last week now we are over 2 weeks in and still nothing no emails nothing I called last week April 2nd and was told my email was incorrect and they fixed it Then I finally got an email in regards to my order and it was being sent to a whole other state still cant get into the portal as of Last week April 2nd saying my email address does not Exist. Speaking to 4 different **** today 4/11 and still nothing resolved and being told the portal is down for over a week okay this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company gonna give it another week and if I dont get nothing Ill be calling my backMedvidi Inc

The medicine has been effective, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Extensive delays in contacting a person who can assist with customer service issues. Frequently the contacts.are foreign with heavy accents and poor phone line connections. I have been so frustrated at times I have considered going elsewhere.Medvidi Inc

I was in a major car accident as well as diagnosed with GAD.. with no doctors who would listen or help. I turned to MEDvidi. And I am so glad I did ! I got DR. ***** ****** and he wasted no time getting me all fixed up. However the medication that was first prescribed is not working so my follow up appointment I am hoping he can prescribe me something different to help with my severe panic and anxiety attacks. Car rides are almost impossible but with this medication I know I will be in the right place in no time. Look forward to seeing ********* again. He was very professional and good at what he does.
