    I ordered *************** Visors For ********************* 4Dr (Order ********) on September 10, 2022 and received them on September 14, 2022. Upon receipt, I observed that one of them had a long piece broken off inside the bag. I emailed their customer service on September 23, 2022 and requested a refund or replacement. They replied on September 26, 2022 and requested pictures of the broken product. After sending the pictures on September 28, 2022, they did not respond so I reached out to them again on October 11, 2022 because I was worried they didn't receive the pictures or couldn't open the attachments. They replied on October 12, 2022 stating, "Thanks for contacting us, this is taking longer than usual. I have sent an email to *** to get a status update for you. Please allow me some time this week for *** status updates. I will try my best to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Appreciate your patience during this process." After not hearing anything from them, I reached out again on October 22, 2022, asking for an update. Today is October 27, 2022 and I still have not heard anything from them.

    Garbage company with garbage customer service and products. I have a BaysonR spoiler on my Mazda3 that comes with a 3rd brake light; the brake light failed once completely despite sealing it and I paid out of pocket for a replacement and sealed it even more than the last time. This replacement light, a simple LED light, cost $40 and still managed to get water inside again. The company is difficult to reach, and their customer service is garbage. Despite showing the obvious defect (regardless of age), they stated it was outside their terms and no longer their problem essentially. The fact that I can receive better quality products and customer service from sellers on Aliexpress versus a "reputable" manufacturer of aftermarket pieces like BaysonR is just pathetic. I'd implore you to find alternatives before shelling out money to this company, they will NOT support you if you have any issues! If you want to return a product within their terms, they also make it a hassle. I ordered a front splitter as well that I decided I did not want, and even if you decide to return it within 30 days, you have to cover the return shipping, and a THIRTY PERCENT restock fee. 30%, really, what a joke of a company. Will never order from again.
