  Used this company to move from ************ to ** at no problem over 20 boxes were moved up from the second floor along with beds and dressers, eveything went smooth from start to finish great ratings costumer service was amazing definitely recommend!

  3 months ago I contacted Barahonas Profesional ************************************************* I called for a quote which it was given to me with no problem I thought the price was fair so I agreed to do my moving with them. I was moving from *********** to ************. Movers were on time and very professional. All my furniture,electronics and clothing arrived intact which it was a concern for me but I had no problem at all . When paying the quote I was given I was very pleased the quote total was respected and I was not charged a ***** more . Therefore I will recommend this company to family and friends.

  ********** professional, I hired this company by mistake, because at first I had booked with a broker but the deposit they were asking me for was crazy, so I contacted a ********** agent and he only asked me for $200 to book, I arrive on the day of the move, the movers arrive on time, they had told me the quote they gave me, they respected it, they delivered it to me the day we agreed, everything was a total success, this company I can recommend it to whoever needs to move for another state thank you guys!!!

  Just a horrific experience with this company and Safe Ship! It's all seemingly a scam. Lead you to believe that they provide this service and it's usually done quickly, but "contract" states otherwise. Don't believe they will deliver your items within a reasonable amount of time. If you don't pack your things it's all additional cost. And the material 5x the amount you'll pay at the store, plus labor. Taking long enough and charging more than enough for less than 2 bedrooms. Things are measured in cubic feet not squared. Unless your ridiculously rich. Not worth it AT ALL!!!! Horrible oh and unless you change your mind within 48hrs of signing said contract, they won't refund your deposit! And your contract days are business days not normal days of the week. Worst mistake of my life.

  We serve as carriers for several Brokers and follow their guidelines. We have all packing materials available for customer purchase at time of pick up at customer discretion to purchase from us. Customer are not obliged to purchase from us.
  All prices applied are withing DOT guidelines.
  We are very sorry that customers fall short on their move budget and we will try to work with them on a reasonable solution to accommodate on their budget.
  Every square inch in the truck has to be allocated and paid for the space reservation.

  We used the broker, Safe Ship Moving, and they sent ********'s Professional Moving to our house. They did not bring a lift gate truck as we had requested. They told my husband that they were capable of putting our large heavy safe into their truck with no issue. The first thing they did was roll it off their truck. At that point my husband told them they would need to come back with a lift gate truck to move them. They proceeded to load the majority of our boxes and furniture into their truck. We had placed all of our moving items into the garage so that it would be easy for them just to load and leave. After they got done they said they would be back in the next couple of days with a different truck. They didn't show 2 days later, 4 days later, 6 days and counting. We had called Safe Ship Moving (the brokers) several times but kept hearing that they would be back in the next day or two. We could not keep waiting for them to show up so we arranged for our heavy items to go into storage and asked that they just take what they have to our new home in another state. I could go on and on but here are our issues:
  No communication
  Phone calls not answered
  If they did answer would always promise someone would call us back in 20 minutes
  Did not let us know when we would receive our stuff
  8 weeks later after many calls to Safe Ship we were told our stuff was on our way
  ********'s did not confirm our address or delivery date when they finally started our way
  When they did call, 2 hours out, told us to have cashiers check or CASH?
  When delivered we had broken boxes, scratched and chipped furniture
  Furniture stored and delivered up on end's
  Missing items
  Damaged Large Safe
  PLEASE do not use this moving company or brokerage, Safe Ship, as we found out later, has no accountability once the movers have loaded your stuff. The frustration and anxiety that we experienced was tremendous. Keep looking for reputable companies. It will be worth it.

  I highly advise not to use this moving company. Any company that does not accept credit cards and only accepts cash or Venmo, is not a company you want to work with. I was connected with this them via a broker as I would've never hired anyone with such poor ratings. They basically high jacked my stuff and demanded full payment in cash or Venmo only. Of course, both of these options do not protect me as a buyer but I had no choice. Terrible service. There are many companies that offer moving services. Don't use this one.

  Horrible, Horrible and Horrible. There are so many other companies you can choose. They are the complete and utter definition of Bait and Switch. They quote one price but then after they get your items the price changes basically holding items as hostage. They break items. Example #1 Upon pick-up there were 4 people loading my items, upon delivery there was just 1 person, how in the heck is it humanly possible to unload a 26ft truck with one person. Best part the driver asked me to help, and they asked if i knew any people that can help. Listen i am not sure how they are still in business, this is borderline criminal and should be against the law how their practices are and i am hoping they are shut down soon, because it's not right what they do to people.

  This complaint will document the loss of a LG 65 inch OLED TV and damage incurred to significant household items as a result of the handling by ********'s. On Saturday, March 5, 2022, loaded the contents of my 2 storage units in New Mexico. We provided specific instructions for handling our custom dining table, quilting frame, antique rocking chair, and antique stained-glass window. The movers honored these instructions when loading them. We wanted the goods to be delivered on March 11. They took the goods to CA, unloaded them into their warehouse, then reloaded then on another truck for delivery on March 11. When they opened the truck at my destination in Texas, it was clear that the loading instructions were not followed during reloading on the second truck. One of the back spindles of my antique rocker was missing. The edge of the dining room table was damaged and the antique stained glass window was fractured in several places with the lead edges bent. In addition, several other pieces were damaged including my bedroom dresser, sewing machine console, living room coffee table and 2 end tables, and various pieces of pottery, glassware and small framed pictures broken. My LG 65inch OLED TV WAS MISSING. I paid $2274 for it! I found part of the stand in the truck at the end of the move so I know it was most likely in that truck prior to arriving at my house. The movers arrived at 7:30 in the evening rather than 10 in the morning as scheduled. They refused to come and unload the next morning because they had another job. At 1 am in the morning they were still unloading. We said they needed to stop and come back in the morning. They called the office who told them to close up the truck with the remainder of our goods and leave so we allowed them to finish. They finished at 2am! The company has not cooperated in finding my TV and refuses to take my calls. I paid my bill in full but I do not recommend this company to anyone.
