We had the same experience as the review below. The agency does not take responsibilities for their placements. I would not trust **** ****--even though I have recommended a number of friends to work with her in the past. After we specifically told **** **** not to tell our A-Yi that she had placed that we were having problems with her until she was finished with her time with us, **** **** went ahead and told her. The A-Yi then suddenly decided not to come back after her break (that we had scheduled weeks ago with her). When we asked **** **** to help with the transition, she didn't take any responsibility and instead said "My job is providing job to nanny and helping clients to find nanny to take care the baby." She basically said that's all she does (placement). **** **** also kept changing the story behind why the A-Yi wasn't coming back. It clearly was because **** **** told her something, but **** **** failed to take responsibility. We are now in a bind looking for a new A-Yi with a better agency. Please be aware of this poor service.

We had an equally terrible experience as the review mentioned below. We were late to the game in hiring a postpartum nanny, so the pickings were slim. We were offered two different nanny options, and we ended up going with the less expensive option who was $6500 for the month (or 26 days). We were told that her rate was lower ($2000 less than other nannies) because she was 'slower' and 'bad at multitasking' but we were told she cooked really well. Since my partner and I were going to be living at home with my parents for the confinement month and we figured we would have enough help, we went with the cheaper option. We were assigned an elderly lady, **************, who was way older than billed. We were told that she was in her 60's but we believe she's likely in her 70's because she was super hard of hearing (you could be standing 2 feet in front of her and would have to yell for her to hear you) and moved at a snail's pace. On arriving at our home, the first thing she demanded was her 'adult body wash, shampoo, and toothpaste'. She asked nothing about the baby items... We aren't a hotel, and we should not have to provide these toiletry items!! Anyway, by the end, she was barely doing anything around the house besides cooking and watching the baby at night. The rest of us were picking up her slack. My biggest issue and concern with this company is that the agent basically told the nanny every single complaint we had about her word for word. We know this because we had installed a baby cam (disclosed to both the nanny and agent) and could hear their calls at night. As an agent, her job should be to smooth things out between the clients and nanny.. not to throw more fuel on the flame and make things worse by telling the nanny that we didn't think she was adequate and wanted to replace her. I had many sleepless nights thinking that the nanny would take this out on my son and not provide good care for him overnight!I absolutely would not recommend this company!
