    I ordered a jacket ********* for my birthday ******* I was informed the jacket shipped march 1. After I requested shipping method and tracking number 20xs no response..I have reported this as fraud with my ******* not do not order this place is a scam.

    Will not refund product despite their return policy saying they will. I ordered an outfit that was too small and instead of offering a refund, theyre suggesting I donate the items and are offering a 35% refund. When I pushed further, they said their return warehouse is undergoing refurbishment so they cannot accept returns. BUYER BEWARE, do not order from this company. I am out almost $100 due to them not following their own return policy.

    *****BEWARE*****Biggest scam on the internet!! The pictures of the merchandise are NOT what youll receive. I purchased a gold Niners jacket and it looks like a 5 yr old stitched in the patchesit looks awful. Stay away from this website.

    I bought a Salute-to-Service 49ers hoodie as a Christmas gift for a niners fan. The photos shown on the website are NOT the same product delivered to me. I received a poor quality knock-off made of cheap thin material. The lining was incorrect and a different color. The sleeve emblems which are patches/embroidered in product photos, were simply iron-on decals. It is probably worth $20-30...NOT the $79 I paid for it! It is so poor, I can't even give it as the intended gift. I request that they reverse the charges back to my credit card. They said they would, but did NOT! Looks like I am out $79 and have a crappy hoodie nobody would wear.

    My mother got me a 49ers coat from this company, the front of the coat was ruined from their hot iron for the front patch. The coat looks like c*** Ive emailed and no response back. Tried to call and the number is no good. Even the other numbers are the same. Now my mother is out the money she spent and Im also am out, because the coat is ruined too, so Im embarrassed to wear it. Please dont use this company.

    I purchased a jacket during Xmas season it was the ********************* jacket i ordered a 3xl, but when I received it looked more like a small/medium n quality wasnt that great! I reached out to company cause I wanted full refund, but was told that they take a percentage for *********** had to pay for shipping! I feel like Ive been scammed. Please beware Dont order from this company

    They sent me the worst jacket I have ever seen before. Looks nothing like whats on the website. I hope people out there read this and never by from them. What I received was a cheap jacket with Iron on letters and not stitch in like whats on the website. They are a fraud and please stay far away from Prime Jackets.
