    On 05/24/2023, I went into Legends and purchased a Legends Pizza. It was a combo pizza. Our waiter brought it out to my family and my daughter found a dead fly inside the pizza. I also was a witness to the dead fly, it was on one of the pepperoni slices. I spoke to a woman manager behind the counter who accused of ** lying and would not give ** a refund. This woman was extremely rude and should not be managing a pizza company. She has no customer service skills and should not accuse customers of lying when I had showed her the dead fly to prove it. She kept saying no refunds, no refunds! Extremely rude individual and should be fired.

    hello,

    first I would like to apologize in advance. my son had surgery so I haven't been at work in a couple months. I have never had a complaint to bbb before. we normally take care of the customer no matter what, however this is the 1st i have heard of this issue. I do have some new employees at *********** location. not having all the information, im going to have to agree with the customer on this one. for someone to take the time to file an actual complaint they must be pretty mad. I sincerely apologize. I would like to either get you a refund or buy you multiple pizzas. I would also **** to speak to the customer to hear the story and find out which employee this was. we're they sitting outside? was it cooked? etc etc. please feel free to contact me anytime. my name is **** and my phone number is ************. once again I am so sorry that you went through this at my establishment. this isn't how we handle things. you could eat a meal off the floor at my place because im super weird about being clean. flies are annoying though at work and at home. in the warmer months they are even more annoying. I tried calling the customers number on the form but it did not work. the bbb office line did not work either.
