      This security company is the absolute worst. They have an employee names ***** who was beyond rude and condescending to me. They make up their own rules without informing residents or the *** of the complex and then scam you out of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ***** said they have a rule where they cannot give out guest passes past one AM but that is not in our *** guidelines anywhere and they never sent out a formal letter stating such. They are the worst. Do not use them!!

We'd like to clarify that all parking rules are prominently posted at the guard shack for easy reference, and they were also distributed to all residents when they were established or updated.We'd like to emphasize that we do not create the rules ourselves; rather, we are responsible for enforcing the rules that have been established by the ********************** (***) board. This includes guidelines for guest passes and other relevant regulations. Our role is to ensure that these rules are upheld to create a safe and harmonious living environment for all residents. If you have any questions or concerns about regarding the parking rules, please contact *********************** or the *** board directly. We also want to take this opportunity to clarify our approach to handling citations and fees. Please be assured that Bastion Security Services does not collect any money for citations or fees. Any fines or fees that *** be associated with violations of the complex's rules are processed through and collected by the *** and ******************** Once again, we apologize for any frustration you've experienced and appreciate your feedback.
