    They are a scam they advertise on ********** storage section & other outlets "The first 2 months you pay $25/month" then when I get their (April 20th, 2023) it's all this other stuff added up to $58 as of April 20th 2023, now they tag me since The 20th, 6 emails stating I pay another $38 on the first of May (only 10 days from me opening my storage account) thus adding up to almost a $100 in just 10 days so obvious the illusions, false advertising, fraud. Please I want my money back & prosecute if I can their deceptions which are comical in a sense & so obvious. I like to keep things simple. I've rented storage before and payed what they say, nothing else added, nothing more. Please help me. They seem really aggressive in thus deception like someone is stupid.******************,**************

    I came to pay for my Unit but the store manager refused to take my payment due to some issues we have in the past.However, the next day, Trojan shamelessly charges me for Late ********** fee. They also threaten to auction my Unit for No Payment.We came to a deal that I need to sign an Abandonment Form to vacate my *********** give me a month Free for their store manager wrongdoings.But I found out that they already Cut my Lock without my knowledge or Consent & intentionally Concealed that fact.I refused the deal because of many of their Wrongfully Business Practices (details will be provided when BBB calls me for more specific information)

    I visited Trojan storage ******* for enquiry on Feb-27-2022 with my initial plan to move in around 12th-Mar , during the discussion employee ****** informed me I can reserve the unit initially until 9th-mar and I have to call them before the current reservation expiry and they can extend for an additional 7 days for the same rate , which would meet my initial move-in plan of 12th Mar. Since I wanted to lock in the rate I went ahead and reserved the unit by making the payment as below. The rates were $65 for 1st 3 months and after 3 months It will be ***$/month I called Trojan storage on 7th Mar requesting for an extension in my reservation, employee ****** confirmed me my reservation was extended, there is some issue in the system ,hence she has mentioned notes saying the reservation is extended for 7 days from Mar-9th,I can move in any time before Mar-16th. As per the communication over the call, I planned my move-in and went ahead carrying my stuff on 12th-Mar to Trojan storage , when I reached there, ****** mentioned my reservation is expired and the unit reserved was rented to other customer and this is due to some issue in the system.This was big shock and against what they had informed and committed. I requested her to honor the commitment and I had extended the reservation following the process intimated to me. ****** tried to contact her supervisor and as it was weekend, they didn't bother to attend this call seriously, only thing that was informed was she can put in a request which will be reviewed and addressed to match the earlier reservation rates if possible. I was offered to rent another unit of same dimension by ****** and they will try to put in a request to their supervisor to match the rates as per initial reservation. I decided to rent another unit based on this offer as any ethical business organization would be abiding and honoring their statements and commitments but the new unit was 95$ per month for 2 months duration
