    As a satisfied customer of this business, I would appreciate a clarification of what it means to be a BBB member. The current wording insinuates all businesses that arent members of the BBB are not somehow government approved. Most consumers have no idea that the BBB is not a government agency. Businesses pay a fee to be BBB members. Then they get to say they belong and somehow theyre more trustworthy/credible. Jerry ****************************** is a small family owned tax service that serves the surrounding Community. This business deserves honest reviews, not misleading suggestion.
