On approximately July 28th of 2024 me (****** ******) and my wife (******* York) arrived at Wholesale Auto Plaza to inquire about a 2018 GMC ******* Once negotiations were done and we signed all the paperwork we were assured the truck was in great condition mechanically and physically. We took the truck home and all was well until the second week when the stabilitrack sensor appeared. When we attempted to call the salesman we were repeatedly ignored, so we texted the salesman who we purchased the truck from he then told us to bring it back so they can take it to their mechanic to have it checked out. We took it back and once we got it back we were assured the issue was resolved and the issue arose because the truck is lifted. The issue persisted and then caused the *** system to also start malfunctioning and while I was driving it on the freeway the sensors once again were going off and it veered hard left and almost caused me to get into an accident. I informed the salesman that the issue has not been resolved and they then took the truck in for over a week and informed me it was resolved once again. I went back to let them know that since this is not being dealt with properly I think it would be in our best interest to return the truck and get our money back. I was informed by who I now know is the owner that to cover Taxes on the truck that they will not refund my deposit ($4,000) and they will also be keeping my first months payment ($887.04) to compensate for us purchasing the truck in the first place. I have videos of the trucks sensor going off repeatedly and text messages of them telling me to bring it in. They never provided me with a receipt from a mechanic stating it had been looked at or even resolved. The truck is currently in their possession. I also have videos and photos documenting the sensors and text messages between us.

My husband and I had preapproval from our credit union for $50,000 to buy a car. My husband found the car he wanted at Wholesale Auto Plaza. He told them he was preapproved for $50,000. The sales man went into "the back room" to work out the details of the purchase and came back to my husband and said that "they" were going to do the financing... He came home with the car and the salesman and had us sign the papers for the purchase. The next day , I contacted Wholesale auto plaza and spoke to************** and said that we wanted to go with our credit union financing but we needed a copy of the title for our credit union since it was a used car. *********** said that he wanted to know what rate we were given to see if he could beat it. We even had our credit union call Wholesale auto plaza for the title and they didn 't get any response either. My husband eventualy drove down to Wholesale auto plaza and requested a copy of the title. It was a copy of the title but it was "not transferrable". Our credit union could not give us a loan on this vehicle because wholesale auto didn't own it. Our credit union then said that he thought they had already applied for financing and that if that was so, we could apply for refinancing once we received the registration. Our paper plates from the dealer have expired now and according to DMV, wholesale auto has not completed registration. They have not transferred the vehicle into our name and so it is not registered to us. we can't even get an extension on operating the car without this. They also applied to several different financial institutions for financing the vehicle which we didn't request because we were already preapproved. So they have hurt our credit. We cannot refinance this car at a lower rate without this and we can no longer legally drive it.

I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado from wholesale Auto Plaza. 1 week after the purchase I had taken the truck bad as the front wheel bearings were bad, the alignment was off, and cruise control would not work at all. The dealer had the vehicle for 4 days and didn't fix any of the listed issues. While in the shop they had ran the truck into curbs and completely damaged the front rims. While looking at the rim damage I had realized the power steering hoses are leaking and dripping underneath the truck. Now the truck has electrical issues and decides to turn off intermittently this has accrued 3 times. I contacted the dealership and the sales manager *********** was willing to help but had to bring the issue to the owners attention first. He contacted me saying he can no longer help me that I would need to call the office and ask for **** the owner. So I called the office twice leaving a message for **** to please call me back and a week later have not heard back from the dealer
